The author created a digipak, magazine advert, and music video to promote an artist. The ancillary tasks of the digipak and advert were meant to support the main product, which was the music video. Throughout all three tasks, the author kept a sense of simplicity without gimmicks so the product itself stood out. Both the ancillary tasks centered on clouded scenery to create a sense of despondency or nostalgia, which was the main theme of the video. Unlike portraying the actual artist, the author chose not to include the artist in any visuals to allow the audience to interpret the theme of sadness themselves without a performing element.
