1. HOW DOES YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT REPRESENT
PARTICULAR SOCIAL GROUPS?
2. I asked coral to wear a tie dye shirt to represent the
indie/festival vibe that I needed for my magazine.
By doing so it will apply to my target audience.
In most of the images
I used for my
magazine Coral has a
serious expression. I
feel that
moody expression
would give a more
rock feel to the hole
magazine
I used the shadows in this picture
to make my photo more dramatic
and have a rock star feel to it by doing this I
The reader will be drawn to it as it’s a intreasting
Image.
I told coral to stand by the motor bike to
Add to that bad ass vibe I also thought it
Was a clever idea because the color of the
Top and the bike are very similar
I also plated corals hair
to show more
skin to try and make it
have sex appeal
I also wanted her facial
expressions be
clear and stand out.
3. I asked Coral to do this odd pose that
Is used in anime which will appeal to
my audience
I placed coral in front of a paneled fence for a simple
background so coral will be the main focus of the image
it worked out well for lighting because there was a lot of
natural light.
Once again I wanted a simple background
so my model was the main attention.
I also made sure that Macs outfit
was color-coordinated giving the
photo a professional feel over all
4. COVER IMAGE.
• This is my cover for my magazine
the image I used of coral is very
moody and almost edgy. I tried to
use voyeurism in my image by
platting her hair to show more skin.
I feel like this didn’t work well but
over all it worked because if gives
the impression of a independent
person that my target audience can
connect to as a role model. I also
like the use of natural lighting that
shines on her face making her
expression the key thing on the
front cover.
