The simplified electron and muon model, Oscillating Spacetime: The Foundation...RitikBhardwaj56
Discover the Simplified Electron and Muon Model: A New Wave-Based Approach to Understanding Particles delves into a groundbreaking theory that presents electrons and muons as rotating soliton waves within oscillating spacetime. Geared towards students, researchers, and science buffs, this book breaks down complex ideas into simple explanations. It covers topics such as electron waves, temporal dynamics, and the implications of this model on particle physics. With clear illustrations and easy-to-follow explanations, readers will gain a new outlook on the universe's fundamental nature.
A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

1. Question 1 - In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge these forms
and conventions of real media products?
Introducing main character
In the film we wanted to build suspense. The only way we thought doing this and it being
very effective would be hardly giving any information about our main character Crater and
Grace away to the audience until it came to the point of the disequilibrium. We thought by
intruding our main character Carter in the garden at night would really give the audience
mixed feeling about Carter. By introducing our main character Grace in the way we did we
wanted her age and her personality to be shown straight away. The first shot of Grace was
of her standing in the mirror taking out her hair. This was because we wanted to show how
she was getting ready for bed because she also had her pyjamas on and they were floral
print which shows innocents and her soft side and that she’s older then her years. The first
ever shot of Crater was a high angle shot which was in the dark and the audience could
hardly see his face. We done this because we don’t want carter to be shown as little as
possible because we want him to be a mystery and we want the audience to imagine what
he looks like and we want them to stay focused on him because he is a main part of our film
and a main character. We wanted Grace’s wedding ring to be shown because we wanted
the audience to know she was married and also we wanted the audience to wonder why
such a young girl was married but yet by her self in her own home at midnight.
Titles
We chose these kind of titles because we wanted to show the name of the Studio and
production company, the names of the start actors, the producer, director because its clear.
We did this by using a basic, serif font which is reflective of the genre and animates subtly
throughout the opening sequence. The titles are not overly intrusive for the audience, but
give the necessary details clearly.
We chose the colour white because white has no trace and because our main character
crater had no trace on him throughout the film we wanted that to come across in our titles
so that’s why our titles are white. However, our main character grace is a clean and pure
character so we also wanted that to come across in as many ways as possible so if we could
get crater personality through the titles we wanted to do the same for Grace. So by using
the colour whit for the titles it presents Crater and also Grace.
2. Effects
We used the slow motion effect to help our product really capture the effect of building up
tension. We thought by using the slow motion effect it would develop our ending product to
really get the effect of tension across in our film to make the audience wonder why this
character is in slow motion and why his in all dark clothing and in the dark. Another effect
we used was filters over some shots because we wanted our main character Carter’s shots
to look as dark as possible to show the audience what a dark character he is. We had to
mute all of the shots because we wanted to use music throughout our filmso it was another
way to add more tension into our film. By adding music, we can make our film more
interesting and it can really help our filmto become what it needs to be. By adding music,
we can really show what kind of character Carter is by the music we used. We changed
Crater music to a more intense and unconfutable music to show his true character.
Our film challenges equilibrium because our film is creepy from the begging. We wanted
mystery from the begging to really show how our film is very quench and different. By
challenges this we wanted to show that we was different and that our filmwas different so
it can attract our audience because it's something interesting to watch and something new
out for our audience. I thought by doing this then it would want more people to watch it
and to try to find out what our film is about.
I wanted the audience to be asking question throughout the filmbecause I want our target
audience to really be interested in 'Sweet Insanity'. I want the audience to be trying to work
out what is happening in the film and I want the audience to be guessing what is going to
happen next.
Genre
The dramatic music is a very key element to 'Sweet Insanity'. The music really builds a lot of
suspense and that's key because our film is a thriller so we want it to build up tension and
suspense as much as possible and in any way we can. By changing the speed and lengths of
shots it, bring more drama to our film. Our main character Carter's shots was mainly in slow
motion because we wanted to show how much of a scary and mysterious character he was.
