Standard of Operating Procedure of sewing Traffic Light System or Seven Zero System. Traffic Light System in Garments also known as TLS. Basically it's a Quality tool to improve garments product quality from sewing line. Traffic light system is the most effective inspection tool to reduce defect generation at source. It is a random inspection system. Traffic Light System is a visual control for highlighting quality issues in sewing line. Traffic light quality system works in a similar fashion the transportation traffic light system works. Three different colour cards are placed in each operators place. Green indicates that Quality meets the customers Standard. Yellow indicates that a minor fault has been found and caution is required. Red indicates that the Quality Standard does not meet the customers standard requirement.

Laboratory:
Lab is the head of the textile industries. Higher precision lab can aid easily to achieve
the goal of the organization. Before bulk production a sample for the approval from
industry is sent to the buyer. As per the requirement of the buyer the shade is prepared
in a lab considering the economic aspects.
Lab Line:
1. Standard sample: The buyer to the industry gives the standard sample. The sample is
measured by the CCM to get the recipe.
2. Lab trial: Getting the recipe the lab officer produces lab trial and match with
standard according to buyer requirement. Lab trial is made by the AHIBA dyeing
machine. There are some programs for dyeing. The programs are given below.

Fabric Inspection এি অরনক িকরমি পদ্ধব্রত িরয়রে। ককাম্পাব্রন ও বায়াি কভরদ Fabric Inspection
এি selection ব্রনভশি করি। ব্রনরচ Fabric Inspection এি করয়ক ধিরণি পদ্ধব্রতি নাম কদওয়া হল।
১। 4- point system
২। 10- point system
৩। 2.5- point system etc.
আজরক 4 Point System ব্রনরয় ব্রবস্তাব্রিত আরলাচনা কিা হরব-
4 Point System প্ররয়ারগি জন্য কয ব্রবষয়গুরলা অবশ্যই প্ররয়াজন-
১। Inspection পদ্ধব্রতটি জানা থাকরত হরব।
২। কফ্ব্রিরকি ব্রবব্রভন্ন ধিরনি Defects সম্পরকশ পয শাপ্ত জ্ঞান থাকরত হরব।
৩। িাো কারলকর্রনি জন্য একটি ফ্িরমে থাকরত হরব।
4 Point System এ Fabric Inspection পদ্ধব্রত
এই পদ্ধব্রতরত Textile এি কক্ষরে প্রব্রত ১০০ গজ কাপরড়ি জন্য ব্রনব্রদ শষ্ট সংখ্যক Penalty Points এি
ব্রভব্রিরত কাপরড়ি Quality Level ব্রনধ শািণ কিা হয়। Total Penalty Point ব্রনধ শািরণি সূেটি হরে-

Yards × Fabric Width in Inches)
4 Point System পদ্ধব্রতটি AAMA (American Apparel Manufacturers) নারমও পব্রিব্রচত। এই
পদ্ধব্রতরত কফ্ব্রিরকি Defect সাইজ ও ধিণ অনুযায়ী ১, ২, ৩ অথবা ৪ পরয়রন্ট মাব্রকশং কিা হয়।
Defect এি সাইরজি উপি ব্রভব্রি করি Penalty Point গণনাি চাে শটি ব্রনরচ কদওয়া হরলা-

Defect এি সাইজ দদর্ঘ শয বা প্রস্থয সব ব্রদরকই ব্রবরবচয। পরয়ব্রন্টং কিাি কক্ষরে শুধুমাে Major Defect গুরলা
ব্রবরবচনায় আসরব। Minor Defects গুরলা ব্রবরবচনায় আসরব না।
Major Defect এি ব্রকছু নমুনা ও তারদি Penalty Decision
কয Defect গুরলাি জন্য 4 Point System এ Penalty Point প্ররযাজয হয় কসগুরলারক Major
Defect বলা হয়। ব্রনরচ Major Defect এি ব্রকছু নমুনা কদওয়া হল।
A) সাধািণ ব্রকছু Defect
১। Spot (দাগ) ২। Knot (ব্রিঁে) ৩। Slub (স্লাব) ৪। Kink (উরটা পাক) ৫। Hole (ব্রেদ্র)
৬। Set Mark (কসে মাকশ) ৭। Rapping (কুঁচকারনা) ৮। Cockled Yarn (পাকারনা
সূতা)
B) Running Defect ( কয Defect অব্রভিাম চলরত থারক)
কয Defect অব্রভিাম চলমান থারক তারক Running Defect বরল। এ ধিরনি Defect এি জন্য কপনাব্রট
পরয়ন্ট ৪ ধায শহরব। যব্রদ প্রব্রত ১০০ গজ কফ্ব্রিরকি প্রব্রত রুরল চলমান ৫ গজ কাপরড় এিকম Running
Defect থারক তরব পুরিা Roll কক B কগ্রি কফ্ব্রিক ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব এবং পুরিা Roll টি Reject
ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব।

C) Uncountable Defect (কয গণনা কিা যায় না)
গণনা কিা যায় না এিকম Defect গুরলা 4 Point এি আওতায় আসরব না। এরক্ষরে পুরিা Roll টি B কগ্রি
কফ্ব্রিক ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব এবং পুরিা Roll টি Reject ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব।

৪। Dia Mark (কমব্রর্রনি িায়া মাকশ)
৫। Hand Feel Problem (হারতি ের্শ খািাপ আসা)
৬। Bowing (কবাইং)
D) Full Width Defects
কফ্ব্রিরকি প্রস্থ বিাবি একপ্রান্ত কথরক অপি প্রান্ত পয শন্ত কয Defect গুরলা জুরড় থারক কসগুরলারক Full Width
Defects বরল।
১। যব্রদ প্রব্রত ১০০ গজ কফ্ব্রিরকি প্রব্রত রুরল ৬ টি Full Width Defect পাওয়া যায় তরব পুরিা Roll কক B কগ্রি
কফ্ব্রিক ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব এবং পুরিা Roll টি Reject ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব।
২। A কগ্রি কফ্ব্রিরকি ককান Roll এি প্রথম ও কর্ষ ব্রতন গরজ যব্রদ অন্তত ১ টি Full Width Defect পাওয়া যা
তরব ঐ Roll কক B কগ্রি কফ্ব্রিক ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব এবং পুরিা Roll টি Reject ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবব্রচত হরব।
৩। ককান রুলরক A কগ্রি ককায়াব্রলটি ব্রহরসরব ব্রবরবচনা কিা হরব না যব্রদ ঐ Roll এি কফ্ব্রিক ব্রিরলিালা (Baggy)
প্রকৃব্রতি হয়। কযমনঃ যব্রদ কাপরড়ি ককান অংর্ কিউ এি কদখায় (Ripple), কুঁচব্রকরয় যায় (Puckering), গভীি
ভাজ পড়া (Crease and Fold) ইতযাব্রদ।
কফ্ব্রিরকি Acceptable Level
কফ্ব্রিরকি Acceptable Level ককাম্পাব্রন এবং বায়াি অনুযায়ী ব্রভন্ন ব্রভন্ন হয়। তাই ব্রনব্রিতভারব বলা সম্ভব নয় কয
কত পরয়ন্ট হরল কফ্ব্রিক Acceptable বা Rejected হরব।
অরনক ককাম্পাব্রন কফ্ব্রিরকি ইেরপকর্ন কিজান্ট Pass বা Fail এি পব্রিবরতশ 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd
Grade ইতযাব্রদ কগ্রি করি থারক।

Procedure of Delivery (sop)-
1. Without Test Result Please don’t Delivery Any Quantity of Fabrics.
2. Without Rib/Single Jersey/ Back neck tap, not delivery.
3. Any Measurable part, Like Collar & Cuff, Stripe Yarn dyed Fabrics should be
check as buyer requirement.
4. Width ± 1”, More than need to Approval from Related Person. Also inform to
cutting department.
5. Cotton Fabrics GSM ±5% & Lycra Minus 7% & Plus 3% Accepted in fabrics stage.
6. Shrinkage issue don’t consider & Spirality also
7. Before Delivery the fabrics, must be Re-check by Shift In-charge, Width, GSM,
Shrinkage delivery report with Batch information.
8. 1st Batch Shade check & crosses check for confirmation.
9. All Approved shade must be keeping before dyeing from related
Merchandiser
10.All shade checks two persons avoid the wrong decision. (Keep sign)
11.1st Batch check with Booking All information, like width, GSM, Accessories &
Shade Reference.
12.Every day at 1st All delivered batches should be showing to Responsible person
& take Sign
13.Unacceptable Issue doesn’t delivery & Discuss with Relative Merchandiser.
14.If any problematic fabrics need to delivery must be write down in top of the
inspection report.
