The document proposes evaluating an electronic educational portal using the ACTION model. Background: The electronical educational portal is a link between all educational elements using group of programs and several services using internet which aims at facilitating the educational process and present it in an affective and attractive shape for both teacher ,student and parent .its also facilitate the observation and communication process of the educational elements.

4. Con’d Background: It also helps in organizing and observing the administrative work and making it very organized through a number of systems such as electronic requests and document archive.

5. Objectives: Link between The Ministry’s community and its objectives by providing electronic services and update data. Encourage quality of educational process. Provide education out of classroom by using new technology e.g. Distance learning, Self - paced learning and Virtual classroom.

6. Objectives: Help to improve publishing work and facilitate administrative procedures by making archiving for documents. Incorporate the ministry with e-government framework.

7. EP Systems: The educational portal consists of four systems: Administrative system Assistance educational system Culture and educational content User training

8. Target audience : All people in educational system: students, teachers, parents, administrators and so on.
