2. Arena
• I am only interested in working in the music
industry.
• More specifically, I want to be the music
manager for artists in the hip hop genre located
in the south near Louisiana.
3. Identity
• I am FOREIGN BENXO
• Artist, Songwriter/Lyricist, Model
• I spent my childhood in both baton rouge, LA and
Orlando, FL. I grew up without a father. My
mother is from the Virgin Islands. My specialty is
creating great music and the content is unique
due to my personal experiences.
5. PROFESSION
• ARTIST AND PROMOTER
• I create my own music from raw materials.
• Lyrics based on true stories
• Passionate performances
• Hand to Hand promotor
6. Credentials
• My drive and determination is what makes me
credible. When I have a song to complete, I set
my mind to it and get it done!
• When you’re working with FOREIGN BENXO,
trust and believe you are getting the best effort
and talent I can offer the task.
7. Promise
• I promise my future employer that I will give 199%
in everything I do.
• Before promising to build a house, I will promise
to lat each brick perfectly until a house is build!
• I promise to be mindful of the lyrics I put out. I will
set a better example for our youth because we
have problem with that. I know because when I
listen to new music from artists on the radio, the
message is very raunchy and explicit.
8. Positioning
• I should rehired over my competition because I clearly have a better
understanding of how to present myself in social media and in person.
• I want the audience to look up to me as a wiser young man with
intelligence, respect, and swagger. I set a positive example for young
men, children, and even those over 30.
• My competitors, on the other hand, have no sense of professionalism.
If you google their name you wont find a thing. If you see their social
media page you would not know they are an aspiring artist. What’s
worse is nobody they know in real life has heard their music. Below are
links to social media pages, one of my competitors and one of me.

www.instagram.com/foreign_benxo/
9. Audience
• My desired audience includes children, women,
and young men approaching adulthood.
• These people are influenced, usually by their
father. Fathers haven’t been a thing since the 80s
and people don’t have any strong source of
guidance anymore.
• This group of people are interested in being
heard, being able to express how they feel. They
also want to “turn up” a lot.
10. Networking & Marketing
• I am going to gain the attention of my future employers by creating a
significant buzz on my own so I can have value to bring to the table
• The way I will do this is to get my music on as many playlists as
possible. This will increase my fan base and get my music known in
other states I cant reach.
• My content will be meaningful and relatable. Whether I am provoking
thought, or trying to make you laugh. The goal is to tamper with at
least two emotions each time I publish a song, video, or cd.
• I’ll attend all events from food drives and charities to night club and
dancers. This will show I am not too proud to be around kids and
elderly, and show I can still congregate with people in my age
group.
11. Competitors
• I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is a city filled with unsigned talent.
Everybody wants to rap, sing, be a comic actor, or work in a plant.
• I dont compare to them because I have bigger dreams. I don’t look
like these people because I’m half St. Lucian. I talk different
because I grew up in Orlando until 9th grade. I think different
because I was in a strong church when I was very young so “the
norm” is often very wrong in my eyes.
• My competitors are people who dropped out of high school and sell
drugs to pay for designer clothes outfits. They keep up this lifestyle
and post it on social media and people follow them more frequently.
I have observed this for many years. In the rap industry you are
expected to floss a lot of money before you get any type of record
deal.
12. Professional Development
• I need to improve my technology skills required to be a
better musician. Most importantly, music/sound editing
software; such as Garage Band and FL Studio.
• I need better social media management to help me stand
out from my competitors. I also need the resources to
create content more frequently and with greater quality.
• I need two months to dedicate to these improvements.

13. Goals
• I want to achieve 5k followers this summer. 10k followers by the end of this year.
• I want my image to be respected for being myself and showing growth by wealth.
• I will increase my instagram popularity by 50% before 2020
