Vincent Fulchiron contributed to Preuss School UCSD in 2013-14 by coaching boys soccer, collecting nutrition survey data, creating a healthy living program, and assisting students with scholarships and opportunities. He also researched school health programs, the Paleo diet, and developed nutrition and workout curriculums for the school year.
