COMPUTER EXPERIENCES
• Experience in using the MS-project Program for Scheduling and tracking
construction projects and controlling the costs and project resource usage.
• Using and giving training courses in applying the Primavera planning program
for planning, tracking, cost and resource usage controlling through the project
progress.
• Have more than 10 years of experiences in using the MS-Office programs like;
Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Have a Diploma degree in Touch Typewriting and Printing from Scheidegger
International School Ltd. German.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCES
• Project Manager of a "116 buildings of different sizes" project with a total cost
came out to 1.3 million $ and 1.5 years time of work in the western part of Iraq.
• As an Evaluation Engineer for Total Construction Company (U.K.), my job was
examining their new employed engineers.
• As a Planning Engineer and Coordinator for Al- Edriessy Consulting Bureau
(Ministry of Housing and Construction)/ Iraq. My job was coordinating and
planning the design work of "Al-Rihman Mosque" Project of 650 million $ and
10 years time project to be built in the middle of Baghdad (Iraq).
• Project Planner for "Al-Rihman Mosque" project on (from the owner side) to
supervise and plan the contractor work and the design work in parallel (as the
project has been achieved in a Fast Track Approach of execution) the M. Sc.
project computer program has been used in the planning and controlling the
contractor site work and its interfering with the design work.
• Consultant Engineer for cost and time planning as well as coordinating the
design work and its interfering with the contractor site work of "Al-Ressafa Water
Treatment" Project/ Iraq which has an expected cost of 253 million $ and 4 years
time of work. The project expected to supply consumable water to the city of
Baghdad (Iraq). The project was included two parts, ground tanks and distribution
pipes, in addition to the water treatment units. The MS project Software has been
used for the planning and controlling work.
• Project Management Consultant for the Ministry of Housing and Construction
for two years, consulting all the projects of the Ministry which were in the nature
4. of Governmental buildings, housing complexes, civil projects ( roads, bridges,
culverts, stores, Hangers, etc..)
• Consultant to Al-Fao Contracting Company. This company has a wide range of
work in Iraq especially in the field of building Industrial Buildings for
manufacturing purposes.
• Consultant to “Al-Assass Consulting Engineering Company”/Qatar. This
company has work of designing and supervising the construction works in GCC.
My consultancy was on measuring and controlling the work progress and giving
advices in any delay problems.
• Project Management Consultant for “Master Construction Company MCC”/
Bahrain. My consultancy was concentrated on giving consultancy in the project
(cost and time) management.
