16. Risk Analysis
▹ Risk factors that have the highest influence to the
construction project are those that have relation
with financial and construction aspect, for
example, delayed payment on contract,
construction productivity and health, safety
regulations and responsibility etc.
▹ After evaluation on risk identification and risk
mitigation plan, ABILITY Construction Sdn Bhd can
manage risk effectively and efficiently and enjoy
savings on financial, improved efficiency, better
success rates of new projects and greater
decision-making.

and ensure the project outputs are complete,
correct, and meet the customer expectations.

20. Quality Assessment System in
Construction (QLASSIC) is a system or
method to measure and evaluate the
workmanship quality of a building construction
work based on Construction Industry
Standard.
QLASSIC enables the quality of workmanship
between construction projects to be objectively
compared through a scoring system.
For the purpose of this Construction Industry
Standard, QLASSIC is the acronym for the
quality assessment system in the construction
industry.
QLASSIC
QLASSIC assessments are carried
out through site inspection and use
the principles of first time inspection.
The construction works will not be
re-assessed after the works has
been rectification.
This is to encourage the contractor
to "Do Things Right the First
Time and Every Time"
