Productivity in the workplace is implemented through teamwork and a shared vision between employees. It can be improved by motivating employees, maintaining a positive attitude, ensuring health and safety, using effective tools, and clear communication. Tracking tasks, taking breaks, setting deadlines, limiting multitasking, and reducing unnecessary meetings can increase productivity, while poor supervision, inconsistency, inappropriate behavior, and lack of delegation can decrease it.
