The document outlines the production process of a T-shirt. It begins with spinning yarn, usually cotton or polyester-cotton blend, and then knitting the yarn into fabric. The fabric undergoes finishing like bleaching and dyeing. It is then cut and sewn into shirt pieces, which can be printed on. The shirts are trimmed, packed, and dispatched to customers. The full process turns raw materials into finished T-shirts.

Fabric is a textile structure manufactured from fiber, yarn, felt, by interlacing, interloping or felting. Special fabrics are defined for those textile products which are used for non-clothing application. The fashion aspects of textile are ignored here. The performance properties are the main consideration.

Jeans are a type of pants or trousers, typically made from denim or dungaree cloth. Often the term "jeans" refers to a particular style of trousers, called "blue jeans", which were invented by Jacob W. Davis in partnership with Levi Strauss & Co. in 1871
Accessories: Item that enhances the aesthetic appeal or function of a garment including belt, scarves or other objects. In generally these components are sewing less. Type of Accessories
Accessories that are carried (Small pets, toy dog, cats, birds, snakes, taking parrots)
Accessories that are worn,(Necklace, Umbrella, Bag, Parts etc.)
Trims: Materials used to ornament or enhance garments. These components are attach in the garment by sewing. (Button, Zipper, Sewing thread, Lace, tape etc.)
Above definitions are fine when those are used as individual form. What happened when these terms used as “trims and accessories” in garment manufacturing industry?

Sachpazis:Terzaghi Bearing Capacity Estimation in simple terms with Calculati...Dr.Costas Sachpazis
Terzaghi's soil bearing capacity theory, developed by Karl Terzaghi, is a fundamental principle in geotechnical engineering used to determine the bearing capacity of shallow foundations. This theory provides a method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of soil, which is the maximum load per unit area that the soil can support without undergoing shear failure. The Calculation HTML Code included.
Overview of the fundamental roles in Hydropower generation and the components involved in wider Electrical Engineering.
This paper presents the design and construction of hydroelectric dams from the hydrologist’s survey of the valley before construction, all aspects and involved disciplines, fluid dynamics, structural engineering, generation and mains frequency regulation to the very transmission of power through the network in the United Kingdom.

Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
Water scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand. There are two type of water scarcity. One is physical. The other is economic water scarcity.
Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.
3. Introduction
T-shirts are called so because originally t-shirt are
developed from a tubular fabric.
T-shirts are made of knit fabrics.
"T-shirt" surfaced in the United States when they
were issued by the U.S. Navy sometime around the
Spanish American War(1913) worn as underwear
beneath uniform.
5. Flowchart of Production Process
Spinning of
Yarn
Fabric
Manufacturing
Finishing
Sewing
Trimming
Packing
Dispatch
6. Spinning of Yarn
Cotton fibers are used to make 100% cotton yarn or
sometimes polyester-cotton blending is done.
Spinning of cotton is done on generally Ring
Spinning Machine.
Polyester being as a synthetic yarn is developed by
extrusion process.
Polyester-cotton blending may be done on combing
machine.
7. Fabric Manufacturing
Fabric for t-shirt is manufactured by Knitting
Technique.
Circular knitting machine may be used.
Knitting technique produces fabric in tubular form.
Knitted fabric is mostly measured by weight of
fabric.
8. Finishing
After the cloth is knitted, wet processing
treatments are done to control shrinkage
of fabric and fabric is dyed according to
our requirement. Bleaching is also done.
9. Cutting
Patterns are made according to customer’s order
Marker Making(closed markers are used but open
markers for child’s t-shirts)
Spreading of fabric
Cutting of fabric
Bundling
10.
11. Stitching
Garment pieces are stitched.
Thread is used according to fabric characteristics e.g.
cotton core polyester rapped thread.
Sometimes only white color thread is used to avoid
time wastage.
Mostly superimposed seam is used with over end
stitch.
Bound seam is used for neckline.
14. Printing
Screen printing is used to create different designs on
shirt.
Printing is used as a source of advertisement and to
express your emotions now a days.
