- 2. Strip packing machine :- Make by :- satellite enginears RPM :- 280 ● It is an alternative form of pack for a unit dosage ● It ia method of enclosing the article concerned between the two wab of material (Aluminium foil)
- 3. Process of strip packing :- ● It is applicable for capsules and tablets ● During this process requirement of plane aluminium foil and printed aluminium ● Mechine contain two roller one is die roller and other is heater roller ● Both die and heater rolls over each other
- 4. ● Plane aluminium foil and printed aluminium contact with each other at the point of die and heater rolling over each other ● At this point tablet and capsule fill between two strip. These strip are attached together by heating at 150°C ● Tablets or capules present between plane foil and printed foil
- 5. Parts of strip machine :- ● Hopper ● Vibrating disc ● Channel ● Printed foil roller ● Plane foil roller ● Printer ● Cutter
