- 16. ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS & FLU • Influenza (known as flu) is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. It can cause mild to severe illness, and at times can lead to death. The most effective way to prevent flu is by preventing the spread of germs.
- 17. GET VACCINATED •Getting vaccinated is the best way to be protected from flu.
- 20. UNDERGO PREVENTIVE ANTIVIRAL MEDICATION •Even if you are healthy but exposed to a person with the flu, you still have to be protected by means of antiviral drugs.
