This document provides information about and examples of using the past perfect passive voice. It explains that the past perfect passive is used to show something had been done by someone before sometime in the past. It then gives the affirmative, question, and negative forms of the past perfect passive. Examples are provided to illustrate uses such as expressing completed actions that occurred before other past actions or actions that began in the past and continued until other past actions. Activities with examples of rewriting sentences from active to passive voice in the past perfect tense are also included.
