- During students’ group work, such as, role-
plays, discussions or any activity, teachers
should:
+ be outsider, observe and only intervene when
offering feedback or correcting mistakes.
+ sometimes lighten up the group and make the
discussion more exciting.
II. Controller.
-Teachers: + take the roll,
+ tell students things,
+ organize drill,
+ read aloud,
+ exemplify (minh họa)
- There are 4 main steps :

-Teachers: + give the ss information,
+ tell them how they are going to do the activity,
+ put them into pairs or groups,
+ close things down when it is time stop.

+ Demonstration (give example for ss)
