Material needed for the pictures:
• Din A 4 sheets of Basic paper
• Pencil and rubber
• Felt-tip pens
1st SESSION Let’s talk about feeling and well-being: We watch a power point. We think of different situations and how we feel and
what we can do to let our feelings out to feel better. Each pupil chooses a slogan, designs a picture and start drawing and colouring it
with bright colours
2nd SESSION We finish the picture. And talk about the next session in the psychomotricity classroom.
3rd SESSION We practise different activities to let our feelings out and feel better. We talk about our practice
4th SESSION. We repeat the previous practise in the psychomotricity classroom, Then we go back to the classroom to finish the
activities and do the self assessment
