discussion. Didn’t complete all the

7. How efficient was the team work in general?
My group is efficient according to three main reasons respectively. Firstly, the team leaders
designed clear performance standard to facilitate and catalyze the works flow of teammates.
Team leader segregates duties clearly and set the deadline of each task performed individually
and as a group. Secondly, the team leader tries to encourage all members to participate actively
with ideas, suggestion and points of view to complete the task properly and academically. In this
case, 4/5 members are inspired persuasively and thus the tasks assigned are completed by these
four members properly with high level of efforts in academic way. Lastly, the approaches and
methodologies conducted in this work are done democratically, meaning to say using majority
bias. All decisions are made bases on the acceptation of members’ majorities except segregating
duties. In brief, this team is efficient because of high responsibilities of each member, clear tasks
clarification, and approaches and methodologies use to smooth the performances of our team.
