Measure / Monitor What do we measure/report? • Competences & Actual use (self report) • Teacher characteristics • Online survey, repeated measurements • Results on group/team/sector/school, • Not on individual level! > 10,000 teachers from primary education, secondary education, vocational education, higher education, teacher trainers, teachers in training
  • 12. Transformative Leadership • Lead by example • ICT competences for managers • Provide needed organisational and technical requirement • Provide space to learn (for teachers) and to make mistakes
  • 13. It can be done! • It takes time • It is not easy • Everyone has a role to play • Involve the students • Embed research in the process
