This document presents a web-based centralized water billing management system from Tatva Global Water Technologies. The system allows for online meter reading, centralized payment processing, and credentialed user access levels. Key features include online meter reading with photo capture, administrator tools, SMS and email notifications, and reporting capabilities. The centralized design reduces data collection efforts across connection management, meter reading, and payment collection departments.

with centralized database system.

over intranet / internet.

same system, which reduced the effort of collecting data.
No need of manual data gathering from different departments.

plans, discounts, Interest rate, system user management.

Allows to manage consumers, connections, meter change etc.

7. Meter reading
Online meter reading facility allows meter reader to open the
meter reading entry page on Smart phone or tablet.
Meter reader can easily track the pending meter to be read.
Fast search facility to make meter reading entry.
while taking the meter reading, Meter reader can upload the meter
photograph.
Photograph of meter reading can print on consumer bill.
On spot validation of current meter reading with previous reading.
Automatic Bill SMS will send to the consumer register number.

With help of online system payment window is having the all
the updated detail of generated bills detail of consumers.
