billing.
• Too much time wasted in computing the total sales per day.
• Lack of data security.
• Too much time consumed in billing their customer.
• Inaccurate computations of bills.
• Difficulties when retrieving records and important files or
documentation.
• They were not giving invoices to their customers unless if the customer
ask for a receipt.

• To provide a computer-based billing system for an accurate
computation of bills.
• To managed, stored, and secured the record in the database.
• To provide a secured and protected account for private information
inside the organization.
• To lessen the time, energy, and resources that was being consumed
when performing a billing for the customers.
• To provide an organize storage of files and easy access of records.
• To generate a receipt when performing a service.

SCOPE:
• Discounting: System is capable of giving various types of discounts in
different services they sere offering to their customers.
• Invoicing: System performs billing inquiry, generate bills, process
deposits, perform account administration, maintain tax and fee
information, process financial information.
• Performance Reporting: It will provide performance reporting, ensure
quality-of-service (QoS) reporting, create management reports, and
generate regulatory reports.
