Employees here range from 18 years old

Employees working in BPO
companies are popularly known as
Call Center Agents.
4. There are many people nowadays who are
unemployed. Even if they have chosen their career
path early on in their lives, the unemployment rate
forbids them from finding a job because many others
aspire for the same path.
Like a funnel, unemployed people will flow along
where many others will go. In this case, the companies
that hire a lot of people are the BPOS. Thus, many
people aspire to be hired by them. “The longings and
aspirations of the people are shaped by the physical
characteristics of their respective environments”.
