This document outlines the five elements of the "Circuit of Culture" model as applied to television: representation, identity, production, consumption, and regulation. It poses questions about how each of these elements applies to television, such as how different types of television represent information and identity, the policies and practices of television production companies, who consumes television and why, and the role of government regulation of the television industry.
