 The findings and rulings of the World Trade Organization have created an importance for the environment concerned
nations for taking measures to achieve their legal objectives.
 This case study discusses the interpretation of the Appellate Body on various measures taken by the US government
against Mexico.
 The key implications of the effect and effectiveness of the findings of the case imply that the Appellate Body largely
sided with the arguments of pro-dolphin groups and hence, this case provided important indications regarding the
application of WTO law for labels and product standards.
 The different systemic decisions of the Appellate Body would make a thorough scrutiny in dealing with the future cases
involving labels, production methods, standards and market access.
 The WTO, with its improved and strengthened rule based systemhas promoted the smooth and orderly conduct and
expansion of international trade.
 This case has provided developing countries with the opportunity for increased market access to developed countries and
the right to defend their interests in export markets.
Consumer perceptions about Telecom services | Annamalai University, Chidambaram, India Jun 2008 ~ May 2009
 The study analyzed the primary and secondary data and inferred that the public policy should be transparent,
well-targeted and suitably designed for practical implementation for the benefit for maximum people of the society.
