3. Adding Text in Power Point
 On the Home tab, in the Insert group,
click Text Box.
 On the slide, click the location where
you want to add the text box.
 Type or paste your text in the text box.

4. Changing the existing layout
in PowerPoint
 On the View tab, in the Presentation
Views group, click Slide Master.
 In the pane that contains the slide
masters and layouts, click
the layout that you want to edit.
 Do one of the following: Add one or
more content placeholders to a layout.

5. Formatting text in Power Point
 Select the placeholder text you want to
format on the Home Tab.
 select a formatting option: Font, Font
Size, Line Spacing, Bold, Italic, and
more On the Home Screen

6. Adding a Slide
 Open the presentation that you want
to add a slide to.
 In the pane that contains the Outline
and Slides tabs, click Slides, and then
click where you want to add a slide.
 On the Home tab, in the Slides group,
click New Slide, and then click
Reuse Slides.
 In the Reuse Slides pane, click Open
a PowerPoint File.
