Power demand has increased but generation cannot keep up, so new technologies are needed. One approach is to place filters in factory chimneys to capture electrons from ionic gases released, generating electricity as the electrons flow in an organized manner. The filters must be electron acceptors, conductive, heat resistant, and able to systematically align and collect remaining electrons to produce power without damage from heat. This process generates power continuously using industrial waste gases, but on a small scale and dependent on factory emissions.
