  Since the debut of its first outlet in October of 1992, Potato Corner has evolved from a humble food
  cart to a multinational food franchise. By 1994, Potato Corner had grown to 70 outlets - a mixture of
  carts, kiosks and counters. With well over 300 locations in operation, Potato Corner has set its sights
  beyond the Philippines for the international stage, particularly the United States.

  In February of 2010, Potato Corner broke ground in the United States, opening its first location at the
  Westfield Mall in Santa Anita, California. Since then, expansion has come about at a staggering rate
  with a total of 7 Locations presently and 20 locations projected to be fully operational by the end of
  2012.

  The limitless potential of the Potato Corner brand can be attributed to the combination of our
  Unique flavored fries, Low food cost (Potatoes), Minimal Prep which leads to low Labor Cost and
  mainly a huge market (It’s Fries!), and no competition.

  Our time-tested business model and Potato Corner’s bottom line for success relies Traffic
  locations such as Bustling shopping centers, airport terminals and sporting arenas.

  It comes as no surprise as to how quickly Potato Corner is making a name for itself amongst
  the snacking public in America.

        WHAT MAKES A GREAT LOCATION FOR A POTATO CORNER STORES
        A Potato Corner In-Line store needs approximately 450 to 800 square feet of space with a minimum of 15 feet of
        frontage for service area. There is also the option to go with the freestanding kiosk which requires 200-300 square
        feet of space and remote storage.

        Using new technology of hoodless Fryers, Potato Corner is among the first to be able to make fries in a kiosk
        without needing a hood for ventilation and filtration. This enables Potato Corner to thrive outside the food court
        and do best at the mall’s highest traffic hallways.

        At this current juncture, Potato Corner has placed stores in the following malls: Simon’s, Westfield’s, Caruso’s and
        GGP’s malls. As far as positioning within the malls, Potato Corner stores perform best in major walkways, hallway
        intersections, entrances to food courts, and within close proximity of PlayTown or movie theaters.

        The Demographic preferences are:
        * High traffic of families and kids.
        * Minimum 2 miles of surrounding residential area.
        * Traffic Population of medium to high Income.

Potato Corner is a great addition to any mall’s make-up as it offers a food concept not widely
available anywhere else. Within months of opening a location at each mall we have had the
opportunity to set up shop, Potato Corner has never failed to shake things up.
Our enthusiastic following in Facebook and Twitter, as well as the positive feedback from Yelp,
has piqued the curiosity of many customers enough to lure them into the malls for a taste of
our unique flavor French fries.
