Tutor finder is a mobile application that allows students to find private tutors using a ranking system based on a normalization technique. The app helps students find tutors to teach subjects they are struggling with. It also allows students and lecturers to sign up as part-time tutors to teach subjects they have skill in. The goal is to design a responsive system on smartphones that saves time by efficiently connecting students with suitable tutors outside of class.

Tutor finder is a mobile application system that using popular ranking
based on normalisation technique. This system is to help student who
want to find private tutor to teach subject that they not having enough
knowledge in their class. The mobile application not only focus on student to
find their private tutor, but also help students or lecturers to be a part-timer tutor
to teach subject that fit their skills in particular subject.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Time consuming.
Not effiency due to just display or advertisement.
Not responsive when using smartphone rather than
using laptop.
OBJECTIVE
To design a system that can provide a way
to make class outside class.
To develop a platform for student to find tutor
outside the class based on subject they need
more attention using mobile application.
To test how the app useful to the user based
on rating and review by student/user.
Time saving.
Ability to find the perfect tutor because student
can get lots of tutor around the campus.
No time limits based on tutor availability.
BENEFIT
Using Normalization Technique. In this simple cases,
Normalization of ratings means adjusting values measured
on rating by user. Normalized values allow the comparison
of isolated data. Then, the rating order by highest values
after normalized.
