NEGATIVE SENTENCE • Negative sentence tell us what something is not, has not, does not. • Negative sentence is a sentence that states that something believed to be false. • Typically formed by adding the word "not" after the helping verb. • Negative sentence can be created for informal speech and writing using contractions.
