Online Institute, Contact North/elearnnetwork.ca
committed to 10 Steps to help take online
learning in Ontario to the next level
10 Steps include:
1. Growing the network of centres across Ontario
2. Hosting Ontario Online Learning Portal
3. Delivering Emerging Technologies Training
Program
4. Organizing Emerging Technologies Briefings

5. Providing expertise in course development and
instructional design
6. Monitoring trends and directions in technology in
learning
7. Delivering province-wide training on pedagogy in the use
of videoconferencing
8. Facilitating e-Channel literacy course registrations
9. Offering videoconferencing and Saba Centra e-learning
platform to all Ontario colleges and universities
10. Developing Key Performance Indicators to measure our
