抛砖砖自述：我们是怎么被生产出来的？
Polish Tile Readme: how were we made out?
整个瓷砖的生产环节包括选料，配料，球磨制浆，喷雾造粉，压制成型，干燥，印花，化工料，配料，
球磨，烧成，抛光/磨边，分级，打蜡，包装，入库。
The whole porcelain tiles production process include materials selection, ball pulping, pressing molding,
drying, printing, adding chemicals, ball mill, baking, polishing& grinding, grading, waxing, packaging and
warehousing.
整个行业只有极少部分大型公司有整套的生产工艺和流程，绝大多数工厂只是参与其中一部分，大致分
为胚砖和深加工两大部门。下面只介绍深加工这个部分。
In the ceramic industry only several factories have a complete production process. So the ceramic
industry is divided into two parts: Tile body and deep processing. Here we will introduce the details about
deep processing.
一．胚砖 (Tile body)：
胚砖是指烧成好等待进一步处理的毛坯砖，胚砖厂根据要求的纹路和产品系数将原材料加工厂毛坯状，
以 600mm× 600mm 为例，胚砖的尺寸为 618-620mm 每边，整体预留 18-20 毫米的损耗。胚砖分为通体胚
砖和非通体胚砖两种。
通体胚砖（full body））是指砖的底和面为同一种材质。
非通体胚砖(Double charge/ double loading )是指砖的表面和底的材质不同，直观表现为，肉眼观察横截
面，可以看见两种材质颜色的分界线，不同的材质颜色不同。

Tile body means the status that the tiles is dried
well to deep processing, factory will produce the Tile
body basing on the requirement like pattern,
thickness, color, size, surface effect. Take the tiles
(600mm× 600mm) as an example, the side length is
around 618-620mm, 18-20mm is as wastage.
Basing on tile body structure, it can be classified into
Full Body and Double Charge body.
Full body: means the tile body is made of one
kind of material.
Double Charge body, also called Double Loading: means the tile is made of two kind of material, the
face and bottom are different; you can see the boundary of two materials from the section.
二．打磨(Burnishing)：
打磨环节分成四次打磨分别为：一磨，二磨，三
磨，四磨,（四台打磨机器排列通过传送带形成流水线）
四次打磨的目的是将胚砖的磨到要求的厚度，同时将
表层磨平。磨的次数没有统一的标准。
All of our products must be burnished 4 times.
Four machines are connected by conveyor belt, the
aim is to burnish the tiles to requested thickness,
and make the surface flat. There is no standard
about how many times the tiles should be
burnished.
三．修边(Grinding)：
修边是指通过打磨胚砖的四周，将预留的损耗修剪掉（也要预留 3-5 毫米的损耗）通过打磨四周，一是
调整尺寸，二是将四周边打磨平整，做到光滑不刮手。（现场为两台磨边机器排列，一台磨前后边，一套磨左
右边，通过传送带传送）
Grinding means grind the all sides of tile, as there has 3-5mm as wastage. Through grinding, the size
can be adjusted to requested, and the side will become smooth.
四．抛光(Polishing)：
抛光分成三个阶段（粗抛，二次粗抛，精抛）其
目的是将瓷砖的表面进一步平整光滑，达到要求的反
光效果。
粗抛，粗抛的磨头为金刚石，硬度高，能够有效
磨平表面细微的凹凸。此时的光泽度为 8。
二次粗抛，采用的磨头为特制磨刀石，硬度较硬。
此时的光泽度为 39.5

精抛，精抛采用的磨头为纺织纤维磨头，材质软。能够有效打磨表面细微的凹凸，做到抛光的效果。此
时的光泽度为 88.5
PS：抛光的次数和速度都影响成本，目前工厂的速度为一分钟 52PCS。
There are three steps during this process, 1st time polishing, and 2nd time polishing and subtly
polishing. The purpose is to remove concave and convex texture on the surface and improve the reflective
effect.
1st time polishing. The bistrique is made of diamond. It can remove the concave and convex texture
effectively. After 1st polishing, the glossiness is 8.
2nd time polishing. The bistrique is a special stone, which is softer than diamond. After 2nd polishing,
the glossiness is 39.5
Subtly polishing, the bistrique is fabric; the softest one among all the bistrique, which can remove tiny
grains, and improve reflective effect, the glossiness is 88.5.
PS: The polishing times and speed will affect the cost, our speed is 52pcs per minute.
五．超洁亮 (Pure Bright)：
超洁亮是指在表面抛光的过程中增加剂（超洁亮蜡水），采用织物磨头，一共要做三次处理，其目的是起
到保护表层，增加亮度和表面的光滑度。 到这个环
节，抛光砖的生产已经完成。成品的亮度为 90，标
准为 87.
Pure bright is adding wax when polishing, the
bistrique is fabric, and each tile will be polished 3
times in this process. Wax is a kind of membrane
material, which can protect tile surface, add its
glossiness, and become smoother. To now, a
polished tile is produced well, and our final
glossiness (90) is better than the national standard
(87).
六．质检 (Quality Checking)：
质检有两个大的环节，参数质检和表面效果检验
Quality checking includes parameters checking and surface effect checking.

1.参数质检：这个环节是通过设备检查和人工抽查完成。每一片成品通过传送带过测试机测试尺寸
（Szie），平整度(Surface Flatness)，边直度(Straightness of Side)，直角度(Rectangularity)等，不合格的产
品会筛选出来。人工抽查是指产品经过检查设备后，人工随机抽查，主要是抽查尺寸和平整度，即四边和对
角线的尺寸；平整度抽查是将地产品平放，用标准卡尺和平衡方来测试，国家标准为平整度不得超过 0.5mm，
通过现场试验，我们的产品的平整度在 0.2-0.25mm。高于国家标准。
Parameter checking is handled by machine and artificial random inspection. Each tile will cross the
machine to check its size, surface flatness, straightness of side, rectangularity and so on, when finding the
unqualified product; the machine will stop working until the unqualified one is took away.
Artificial random inspection: Our QC will select the qualified tiles randomly to check its size and surface
flatness. Basing on the national standard, the surface flatness cannot be more than 0.5mm, and ours is
0.2-0.25mm, better than the standard.
2. 表面效果检验：主要是通过人工检测表现效果，是否有黑点，气孔，刮痕，裂纹，纹理错误等。没有
任何黑点污点气孔刮痕裂纹纹理问题的为特等品。
Surface effective checking: Our QC will check each tile to see whether there has black point, pore,
scratch, and incorrect pattern. So each tile you receive is checked 3 times to make sure all of them are high
quality.
七．包装 (packing)：
包装环节包括产品侧边印字，打包，打捆，全程均为自动化，只需要一个人在末端操控。
Packing process include printing letter, binning, binding. All of them are automated; only need one
worker to control the machine.
从胚砖到包装整个环节都是流水线生产，传送带传递，不需要人工搬运，这样有效避因为搬运造成的损
伤，以及提高效率降低单位成本。
The whole process is flow line production, no need workers to take them from one step to next step,
this can avoid tile be broken and improve production efficiency,
在打磨抛光的过程中，如果胚砖内部有裂纹或者是重皮的，将会破裂，所打磨和抛光的过程实际上也是
一个品质检验和筛选的过程。
When burnishing and polishing, if the tile body will be broken during those process if it is unqualified.
So the production process also is a quality checking process. All of what we do is to provide you the tiles
with high quality and reasonable price.
