 Vaughn Construction Developed a GMP of $24,833,300
 Delta of $166,700
 Will be used to cover other Owner related project costs
 GMP is within the specified construction budget
 Project Budget has 2 parts
 Construction Costs (GMP of $24,833,300)
 Owner / Below the line Costs
 includes design fees
 Any item or service not covered by the GMP
 The sum of these parts equals the Total Project Cost

7. TOTAL PROJECT COST

 The proposed project budget, as submitted in the FY 2019 budget, is $29,500,000

8. ANTICIPATED PROJECT SCHEDULE
 Oct. 8, 2018 – GMP presented for approval (notice to proceed to follow)
 Nov. 12, 2018 – Vaughn mobilization / Construction begins
 Nov. 16, 2018 – Ground Breaking Ceremony
 10am on-site
 Feb. 28, 2020 – Vaughn Substantial Completion
 March 2, 2020 – Police Department Move-in
 March 30, 2020 – Vaughn Final Completion
