Their proposals aimed to shorten development phases by 30% and cut costs by 25% through better planning, forecasting, and quality control. Currently, projects often take 12-19 months for initial phases and have large deviations between planned and actual costs. The proposals were accepted and Cotanum will provide updates on project results with the goal of transferring their strategies to other regions by late 2016 or early 2017.
