3. The aim of this project will be to produce:
‘A generic, nationwide training system that further develops the
four stage training model used in the North West of UK.’
This training model has shown to be effective, by helping to
boost the four core areas of the business:

‘Implement the current North West training model so that
it can be used as 'best practice' across all branches.’
• Later improves staff retention; which in turn leads to

Retrain training managers of different regions so that they can
deliver the new training scheme in two months.
• Seven signed documents/forms to confirm the retraining of
managers to deliver the new training scheme.
• Seven feedback and evaluation forms confirming the
success and the understanding of the new training scheme.

materials required on a nationwide basis for the new

• Evaluate and compare the staff retention to see if there has been an
improvement.
