Important:
• English is paramount for the preparation (books should always be in English)
• You must know „every detail“ from the preparation books, cross reading is not sufficient
• Do not target to reach 100% in preparation questions (impossible), ~ 5 -10% of the questions cannot be understood
even after having read the answer
• Target to have 70-80% correct preparation questions before taking the exam

• 200 Objective type questions
• 175 questions for scoring and the rest 25 for validating future examination questions
• 4 hours of exam time
• Additional 15 minutes for tutorial
• exam is computer-based in special exam test centers e.g. in Eschborn, PROMETRIC
• Language help in e.g. german available for the exam
• 61 % of correct answers required for PASSING
• Exam results not communicated even to applicant after exam
• Recertification after 3 years by getting another 60 PDUs (without another exam)
