2. Description:
• The shift from teaching to learning based on outcome-based
education (OBE) framework has been introduced for many years in
the university, which is requirement by ministries and accreditation
agency. The institution so far changed the study programs to be
learning outcome based and has support structure for academic staff
in place. Student feedback suggest that the change is not yet fully
implemented: Assessment in particular is still exam-heavy and not
covering all learning outcomes systematically. Your president want
you to propose a strategy plan on how to change the assessment
regime in the context of outcome-based education within the
university in the next semester.

• Not enough OBE (constructive alignment) training for faculty member
and academic staff
• To many paperwork that has to be done for lecturer in using OBE
