13. Flowering Plants
Some plants have got flowers. Some of the flowers grow fruit to
protect the seeds inside. Seeds in the ground grow roots and a stem.

14. Non-flowering Plants
Plants without seeds or flowers are called non-flowering plants. Non-
flowering plants use spores to reproduce.

15. Ferns are a type of non-flowering plant. Ferns use spores to reproduce.
