this is my 10th standard project wherein i have compiled information from various sources. it is a short project with useful content. hope it proves to be of good use.
Natural resources (economically referred to as land or raw materials) occur naturally within environments that exist relatively undisturbed by mankind, in a natural form. A natural resource is often characterized by amounts of biodiversity existent in various ecosystems.
it,s a powerpoint presentation on the topic deforestation and details which include the cause, solution, effects etc.... which I had made by referring and downloading and joining many slides.I had just joint the slide of the others and I do this as a part of my education.so please comment on my work by accepting my mistake......

Afforestation is a process where new forests are planted across land without trees. As a forest grows, it naturally removes CO2 from the atmosphere and stores it in its trees.

No. We need commitment from all of you. Don’t think your
contribution does not matter as much.
IT DOES.
A single tree makes a difference. Let’s come together and plant
more trees.
FAQs
14. 3. Are you going to plant a million tree?
No. You are planting as many trees as you are comfortable
with. Even if that is 1 tree. However, the more the merrier.
Right?
4. Why do we need more trees?
Trees can offset climatic changes we are facing and reduce
levels of global warming in the world. Besides this, trees
purifies air, absorbs greenhouse gases, provides shade, holds
groundwater etc.
FAQs
15. 5. Is there enough land available in Pune to plant one million
trees?
Yes. There is! We are looking to plant as many trees in the
pavements, on the road dividers, commercial lands, parks,
residential areas, college campuses, school campus etc.
6. We need to find out areas to plant trees and nurture them.
We hope that our campaign will also inspire influential
individuals, businesses and NGOs to participate and spread
awareness.
FAQs
16. 7.Is ending deforestation really possible?
Yes and No. While places like Costa Rica has achieved it, a lot of
other countries have controlled deforestation.
Even if you feel deforestation will not end easily (which is
true!), we can come together and replenish our resources by
planting more and more indigenous varieties of trees.
8. What do you plant?
ONLY indigenous varieties of plants. We can provide you with
more information on native varieties on the launch of this
mission on 5th June 2018.
