EMPLOYEE REWARDS
1. Employee of the Month.
- Each employee must have at least 15 days high rating to get the rewards price for the month. No limit counts
for employee high rating, all shop employee is qualified. Rating base on the daily work assignment
accomplishment.
• Rewards list:
a. 2 kgs Rice
b. 1 pcs Sardine
c. 4 pcs Noodles
d. 5 pcs egg
2. Yearly rewards for the best employee for the year.
 Each employee must have at least 8-month top in the monthly rewards.
