Job Description
o
Responcible for the Production of Radiators & Tubes.
To prepare and execute the production plan by assigning proper duties to the supervisors.
To ensure the availability of raw material according to the job at shop floor.
To ensure smooth flow of job at various stages till Dispatch.
Proper utilization of production manpower and their productivity.
Knowledge about the Mechanical maintanace of the machine.
Development the fixture as per the requirement of job.
To increase the efficiency and utilization of machines and manpower to meet assigned production targets.
Knowledge about mechanical drawings and measuring Instrument knowledge.
Knowledge different type of materials and their properties.
Quality oriented approach for finished product and in process quality of semi finished product.
To reduce the waste and control the same up to optimum level defined.
To ensure proper record keeping of various formats such as Department production report, individual
production report.
To identify training needs for the production staff and assessing their skills.
To ensure proper housekeeping & cleaning at the shop floor.
Daily supervision of the production staff and workers according to the Shift schedule.
