How to Create Map Views in the Odoo 17 ERPCeline George
The map views are useful for providing a geographical representation of data. They allow users to visualize and analyze the data in a more intuitive manner.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

3. During the next 2 weeks, I will be focusing on Production planning as I will be looking
into:
• Album teaser planning
• Promotional poster planning
• Billboard planning
And any other important elements I should be looking into to be able to carry out a
successful project. E.g: Availability of my music artist, equipment list, contingency plan
I believe that this planning process is really important as it gives you a very clear and
detailed idea of what you would like your final idea to look like, making the production
process a lot easier and straight forward.
Introduction
4. What will I be producing?
For my project I will be creating a promotional campaign for Hope Joanne (a Pop music artist).
I will be promoting her new music album by creating a short Album trailer with a promotional
poster and an advertising billboard.
In my Album trailer, I will be making sure that the first half of the video gives off happy and
positive vibes as the artist will be dancing in different locations.
However, second half of the video will be a lot more dramatic. I will be making it seem as if she was
receiving hate comments or some type of negativity coming from her phone, making her turn sad
and depressed.
I want the switch of mood and character to clearly be visible while making it look like all the
scenes directly comes from Hope’s previous music video’s
Introduction
5. Elements that definitely will be included in the video:
• Artist Name – Hope Joanne
• Album Name – Changes
• Album Cover- Will be shown towards the end
• Release Date – 05/07/21
• Where it will be available – Spotify, YouTube

6. Album Name Ideas
Born To Love
Changes
Happy/Good
Days
Album Name
Glow
Before starting my planning, the first thing I will be looking into is the Album name.
In the beginning, I had four initial ideas Glow, Born To Love, Happy Days and Changes.
However, since I want the switch of character to be noticeable, I think that the title
“Changes” will really help me emphasise that.
8. The main locations for my project are at Millfields
Open Space in Easingwold and University of York,
Campus East.
Both places are free and easily accessible as they are
open areas and not more that 30 min away from my
house
Locations
Millfields Open Space University of York
Campus East
Another important location will be my bedroom.
This is where the other half of the video will be shot
in.
9. I’m planning on shooting the two parts of the video
in completely different locations, creating an
obvious transition in colours .
The first half will only be in a bright and colourful
environment which will be in the park. This will
most likely give off a happy and uplifting vibe.
However, the second half of the video will be shot at
night, in my room, creating more of a sad and lonely
atmosphere.
I believe that the dramatic mood swing and
transition in colours used in this video will most
likely be able to keep the audience intrigued until
the end of the trailer.
Colour Schemes
10. For the music part of my video, I will be using Royalty free music that I found on
YouTube as I do not want to be copyrighted.
I will be using two different tracks, one upbeat sound from a YouTube channel called
Audio Junction and a sad track from another YouTube channel called
AShamalueMusic. The main reason for choosing these tracks is because although
they put “Royalty Free” in the title, they also make it clear in their biography to
reassure potential users.

11. The most suitable camera movement for the dance part of the video is moving the camera along with
the artist. This allows the audience to connect with the dance movements on a more personal level
making them feel as if they were present in the same room as the dancer.
In-camera transition:
While focusing on camera movements I will also be making sure to include a few in-camera
transitions as it will make the whole video a lot smoother and put together which could be better
than adding existing transitions from Premier Pro.

16. This is my initial idea for my poster
layout.
Just like the Saweetie poster, I’m
planning on using three different
images with the middle image
standing out the most.

17. Next I will be looking at different colour schemes used
on existing posters. This process helps me look at the
different colours that work well together, helping me
pick out the one that I will be using for my project.
Out of the three posters, the one that mainly caught my
eye was Little Mix’es poster “Glory Days” as I really like
way the background fades from a dark purple to a light
pink, making the girls stand out a lot more.
I will be taking this idea and doing something similar
on my poster using different colours.
Colour scheme
20. As shown in the previous slides, I created a style sheet where I looked at different Fonts that
I thought were quite eye-catching and appropriate for this promotional poster.
Out of all the chosen fonts, there are two that I liked the most ; The Lion King and Chewer.
Those are the ones I’m thinking of using for my project
Font ideas- Initial Ideas
This Lion King font looks basic yet unique, which is exactly the
kind of font I am looking for. I will be using it for the artists name
at the top of my poster
This is how it will look like on
top of my poster page
Out of all the basic Sans Serif fonts that are
bold and suitable for the title, Chewer is the
that quickly caught my eye as it is naturally a
big font and looks somewhat different from
the others
21. After researching and choosing the right font for my poster, I will now be looking at text effects for
my album title.
During experiment week I tried out different effects that I found quite nice and unique for an
Album title. However, out of the three effects I tried out, the “Retro” effect is the one I liked the
most as its sort of similar to the fade I will be using for the background of my poster
Text effects
24. As I mentioned during my survey analysis I will be creating a simple billboard as this is the type of
billboard that would attract my target audience.
I will mainly be making sure that the name of the artist and album title is big enough and readable,
as well as making sure to add where the album will be available which will be on Spotify.

25. Colour scheme
Here are some examples of colour schemes used on
billboards.
Out of the four different colour schemes, I think
that I will be going for the neutral colours as it
would match really nicely with the artists skin tone,
making the whole billboard look a lot more put
together
27. After looking at different font ideas, I ended up choosing the fonts I liked the most.
During production week, I will be using these four fonts on the same billboard which will help me
chose the one that looks the most appropriate and eye catching. However, I am more leaning towards
the “Black lives” and “Skaters” font as it is naturally big and bold which is an important factor to
consider on a billboard as it will make the billboard a lot more noticable
Font Idea-Initial ideas
29. Equipment List
Equipment Reason
Camera This is to film my video
Spare batteries and charger This is incase anything
happens to the original
batteries and/or it needs
charging
SD cards(Video and Photography) This will be used to store my
footage and images
Tripod This will be used for some
scenes to stabilize the
camera
30. Contingency Planning
Problem How to overcome it
Working from home due to corona virus This is one of the main issues I will have to face during this
project which I am not really able to overcome. However, I
can try and minimalize this issue by using my phone during
production week if I am not able to pick up equipment. This
will be quite inconvenient but is definitely better than
nothing
Electricity/power goes off I will be saving my work frequently so that I won’t loose to
much work
Camera battery runs out of charge If I’m shooting close to my house (Easingwold park) I will
have to walk back home and charge it then which could be a
massive waste of time. However, the park being close to my
house means that I will easily be able to go back there
whenever I am ready.
Corrupt saves Save my work in different places as well as using a memory
stick. I will mainly have my work on the college MacBook,
however I will make sure to also have my work on the
computer I use at home in case anything like this happens
31. Heath and safety
Problem How to overcome it
Possibility to catch the corona virus When shooting most scenes in Public parks, I
will try to stay quite far away from the others
and I will try to go on week days as there will
be a lot less people than usual.
Body pains due to dancing for too long To avoid this issue, the musical artist will be
taking multiple breaks
Wrist pain because of doing cartwheels I will be making sure that the artist only does
cartwheel on flat areas and if she will have to
re-do it for some reason, the artist will only do
it max. 2 more times.
Tripping while dancing Only dancing in clear areas away from
sticks/stones or anything that could potentially
harm the artist
32. During production week, my artist will mainly be available during the weekends as she will still
have to go to school. I will be booking the camera equipment on a Friday so that I will have a
whole weekend to record.
I was thinking of recording the 20th of March which is 2 weeks before half term. This way I will
have the week before half term to start editing in college. If anything goes wrong and I will be
needing more footage, I will be able to take care of that during half term.
Regarding the weather, it won’t really be an issue as I will be recording during spring time it will
most of the time be sunny.
Availability/Weather
