Defining Physical Fitness
Physical fitness refers to your body system’s capacity to
function effectively and allow you to be healthy and perform
daily living activities. Being physically fit means completing
everyday tasks with the minimum possible effort. A fit person
can do school work, do duties at home, and have enough time to
enjoy sports and other leisure activities.

Group Project: Create Your PATH FIT 2 “Meme”
A meme is an idea, behavior, or style often through media
platforms for humorous purposes. Follow the (4) basic steps to
create your PATHFit 2 “meme”.
1. Discuss what to name the group
2. Search meme creation on the Internet
3. The topic of the meme may be anything related to PATH Fit 2
course.
4. Date of submission is on or before Feb. 27, 28 three weeks from
now in your google Classroom.
RUBRIC:
3- Fully Accomplishment – the group is able to create
memes about the course clearly and consistently
2- Substantial Accomplishment - The group is able to
create memes about the course but did it in
somewhat inconsistent manner
1- Little Accomplishment – the group has difficulty
creating memes about the course consistently
0 – No Accomplishment – the group did not attempt
to create the project about the course
