marketing, and technology areas. Establish pricing strategies for all countries
for products. Manage and champion all R&D projects,joint developments with
customers, and Intellectual Property rights. Develop new business at existing
customers and prospective customers using technology and field experience to

force, application engineers,and other stakeholders in the areas of the mining,

Responsibilities: Acquire, develop and maintain accounts where potential sales
exceed $1.5M. Set accurate sales potentials,forecasts,and profit levels for SHM
including market share analysis. Develop business cases forlong term projects
and joint development ventures with customers. Prepare cost and product
estimates for quoting,manufacturing efficiencies, and profit levels for potential
order intakes and resource allocations in US and Mexico facilities for oil and gas
account. Plan strategy and set milestones for long term development and select
appropriate partnership contracts. Negotiate short and long term contracts with
partner level customers to ensure stability between the two companies. Monitor
performance against plan and report account financials and manufacturing costs
to measure against milestones. Participate actively in application engineering
for the Research and Development group. Manage and maintain direct report
employees to ensure goals are set, employee is reaching necessary development
goals, and new/existing accounts are managed properly. Support the training

basis to ensure company goals are being met. Present sales forecasts and market
forecasts to rest of company. Perform quality checks with customers and
production units and report findings to management. Present market
intelligence to upper management by researching current oil and gas markets
world wide. Achievements:
 Increase flow control revenue from $2.2M to $6M with existing

 Established 2 new customers in finished flow control totaling $3M of
