of a trillion photographs
• There are on average 500,000,000
photographs uploaded per day. (Flickr users
upload about 3.5 million per day)
• Facebook users share 4.75 billion 'content
items' per day, and this includes status
updates, posts, comments, videos and of
course photographs.
• YouTube is more popular than cable television
• Twitter uses post between 400-600,000,000
tweets per day
• The volume of infographics goes up by more
than 1% per day
• Mobile traffic is growing 1.5x per year and will
maintain or accelerate this trajectory
