seventeen years I have been involved in leadership and even though I have had a good amount of
leadership training I always desire to learn, grow, and improve. I always say that as a minister I should
be learning and growing so that I might better impact this world for Christ. I want to know Jesus more
intimately, I want to know the word of God better, and I want to be able to communicate the gospel of
Christ in a richer more powerful way.
Even though I desire to learn and grow I have to admit that prior to taking this class, I did not think
that I would be challenged with a lot of new information. My assumption was that I would merely be
reminded of things I already knew and might at times be given a different perspective. I am not really

changes to better fit the modern setting. The dialogue was even left almost exactly how it was written
by Shakespeare all those years ago, which was amusing at times, but it always sounded out of place.

Danes as Juliet played their parts to the best of their abilities and the best moments of the movie were
when they were the only two in the scene. The others also played their parts well and if not for the

Pitching may cause a few problems at this year s All Star game. Kansas City Royals manager and this
year s American League coach, Ned Yost has a tough road ahead of him. There are few starting
pitchers on the American League side that stand out enough to warrant a few innings on July 12. The
Red Sox Steven Wright, Danny Salazar, and the White Sox Jose Quintana top the list with the lowest
ERA in the American League. Trouble is numbers do not tell their whole story making them
questionable candidates. Wright is a terrific knuckleballer, and Quintana has lost 5 of his last 6 starts, a

Umbilical cord blood (UCB) contains a substantial number of stem cells that have the potential to be
used in various transplants to treat a variety of immunodeficiency, oncologic, hematologic and/or
genetic disorders. UCB is found most commonly in the blood of newborn babies. Once the baby is
born, the blood that remains (that was previously thrown away as medical waste ) in the umbilical
cord and placenta can be taken and stored, to be used later for transplantation or research (Pandey,

INTRODUCTION Cosmic rays are modulated as they traverse into the heliosphere. Measurements
have shown that cosmic ray intensity varies on different time scales. On a longer time scale, the
cosmic ray intensity variations in anti phase with solar activity having ≈ 11 year cyclicity is well
known and studied extensively (e.g., see Venkatesan and Badruddin, 1990; Storini et al., 1995;
Usoskin et al., 1998; Mavromichalaki et al., 1998; Kane, 2003; Sabbah and Rybansky, 2006; Ma et al.,
2009; Chaudhary et al., 2011; Kudela, 2012). In addition, the ≈ 22 year modulation cycle in cosmic
ray flux due to solar magnetic field polarity reversals is observed and modeled (e.g., Jokipii and
Thomas, 1981; Potgieter and Moraal, 1985; Webber and Lockwood, 1988; Potgieter, 1995; Cliver and
Ling, 2001; Laurenza et al., 2012). However, in order to understand these phenomena, it is important
to understand how cosmic ray transport and propagation vary with the solar activity and solar
magnetic polarity (Heber, 2013). Although sunspots have been used as a convenient index of solar
activity, anti correlated with cosmic ray intensity, it has been recognized that they are not intrinsically
