Sethe Relationship In Beloved
Toni Morrison s novel, Beloved, narrates the experiences of a troubled family, from their escape
from slavery to the effects it has on their new lives. Following their escape, Sethe, the story s
protagonist, lives with her two sons (Howard and Buglar), two daughters (Beloved and Denver),
and mother in law (Baby Suggs). Eventually, Sethe learns that her familymay be reclaimed by their
previous owner, and she attempts to murder all of her children, as she deems it to be far less cruel
than the horrors of slavery. However, she is only successful in killing her oldest daughter, Beloved,
before being discovered and subdued. Following this tragedy, the surviving inhabitants of 124

Even though no one is sure of her origins, or even if she is an actual reincarnation of Beloved,
this makes little difference to both of them. Both Sethe and Denver develop deep emotional
attachments to Beloved, but Sethe forms and extremely debilitating, co dependent relationship
with her. In addition to their reliance on one another, there is an underlying struggle for the two
to deal with a conflicted mother daughter relationship. While Sethe tries take advantage of her
second chance with Beloved and to make amends for her past actions, her and Beloved s
...shadows clashed and crossed on the ceiling like black swords. (68) Sethe even becomes so
obsessed with her guilt from murdering her child, that she begins to waste away while Beloved
only grows stronger. In her distress, Sethe pleaded for forgiveness, counting, listing again her
reasons: that Beloved was more important, meant more to her than her own life. (284) At the
same time, Denver sees the effects that Beloved his having on her mother, and also becomes
heavily reliant on Beloved. Unlike Sethe, however, Denver s obsession is not driven by guilt,
but by her loneliness and need for company. While stuck in a shed and unable to locate Beloved,
Denver breaks down crying as she believes that Beloved has left forever. Eventually, as Sethe and
Beloved s relationship becomes less and less inclusive of Denver, she finally breaks free from
her dependency and becomes much more mature. Morrison is able to use the mysterious aspects
of Beloved in order to force Sethe and Denver to face their greatest qualms. Sethe is given the
opportunity to not only be with her daughter again, but to apologize for what she did. In the same
way, Denver gets her sister back, even if only for a moment, but is once again abandoned by the
one person she imagined would protect and never leave

The Hunger Games And The Greek Myth Of Theseus
Research Paper Final Draft: President V.S. Minotaur In both the Hunger Games and the Greek myth
of Theseus and the Minotaur, children were used as sacrifices to make the Capitol and/or Minotaur
seem unbeatable. Children were offered as sacrifices to make the Capitol/Minotaur seem
unbeatable. In the Greek myth of Theseusand the Minotauras punishment for displeasing Crete,
seven youths and seven maidens were periodically sent into a labyrinthcontaining a Minotaur which
was half man and half bull. This cycle doesn?t end until Theseus volunteers to go into the labyrinth
and kill the Minotaur. Theseus is successful in killing the beast and becomes the epic hero of this
story.
In the Hunger Games, children were sent into an arena to kill each other as sacrifices this was a
symbol of the capitol?s power. Once a child reached the age of twelve their name was entered
into the mix for the Hunger Games, a fight to the death broadcasted on live TV. Katniss?s twelve
year old sister Prim gets picked and Katniss volunteers to take her place. She and the other district
twelve tribute, Peeta are the last two survivors and defy the Capitol by trying to kill themselves at
the same time. At the last second they are stopped and both come out of the arena victorious.
Once in the labyrinth, there was no escaping, much like the Hunger Games, the only way out was
to be the last living tribute. Katniss talking to Peeta says, ?Careful, there?s a force field up ahead?

The Doctrine Of Christian Universalism
The Doctrine of Christian Universalism
Archie J. Spencer, Th.D
THS 540: Introduction to Christian Theology
Shahrzad Jamali
ACTS Seminaries
Fall 2017
Universalism is perhaps the greatest unspoken premise of modern thought within the Christian
church.
N.T wright The salvation of humankind has been always presented in 3 possible positions: 1)
none will be saved, 2) some will be saved, or 3) all will be saved. The traditional Christian
teaching has been always focused on the second position and maintained that only some of people
will be saved. But there have been ongoing debates within this position about who exactly will be
the saved group? And what will be the condition of the lost ones?
Christian Universalism is a school of Christian theology that is focused on the doctrine of universal
salvation. This doctrine holds the third position and believes that eventually all human beings,
regardless of their faith, will be saved and will enjoy everlasting life with Christ. This doctrine has
been presented differently by those who advocated it throughout the centuries and various labels
have been used to refer to this doctrine, including Universal restoration , universal restitution ,
universal reconciliation , and universal salvation. Universalism is also closely related with other
complicated theological issues, such as the relationship between God s nature, his love and His
justice, free will and predestination, and the retributive punishment. Therefore, it

The Roles And Contributions Of Herodotus And Sima Qian
Although Herodotus and Sima Qian lived hundreds of years apart on opposite sides of the
planet, their respective impacts on their societies and humanity as a whole are tremendous.
Herodotus was born in 480 BCE in Halicarnassus, Asia Minor (now Turkey). His family was
wealthy, and immediately resisted the Persian rule after their conquest of the city, leading to his
exile on the island of Samos his first encounter with the trauma of war. He then wrote The
Histories, a work of massive scope that focused on reliability and thoroughness unlike anything
before it. Sima Qian was born in 145 BCE in Han ruled China. His father held the title Grand
Astrologer, a position concerned with preparing the yearly calendar. However, his father had
begun writing a grand work of history: at his death, Qian promised to finish the work in his honor.
The Records of the Historian, like The Histories, was revolutionary in that it covered far more
spatial and temporal ground than any prior Chinese work. Because their purviews were so vast and
recordings so comprehensive, Herodotusand Sima Qian s respective influences were felt throughout
their societies, thus facilitating their arbitration of moral judgment through interpretation of
historical fact. In crude terms, they understood that the what was inconsequential without the why.
Specifically, they saw their roles as interpreters as opportunities to become arbiters of moral
judgment: moral leaders. Their works, and thus their mechanisms of

Air Canada s Business Case Study
Air Canada maintains several defined benefit pension plans, including domestic registered pension
plans, supplemental pension plans and international pension plans. Air Canada s pension funding
obligations may vary significantly based on a wide variety of factors. Any changes to these factors
may result in an increase in Air Canadas obligations. Besides, deteriorating economic conditions or
a prolonged period of low or decreasing interest rates may result in significant increases in Air
Canada s funding obligations, which could result in a huge adverse effect on Air Canada`s
business. Underfunded pension plans, failure or inability by Air Canada to make required cash

Current legal proceedings
Air Canada is involved in or may be subject to legal proceedings which could negatively impact the
company`s operations. Recently, Air Canada was involved in investigations by competition
authorities relating to Air Canada Cargo division and mandatory retirement issues. MD A explains
the details of the court proceedings.
External risks
Fuel cost, airport user and air navigation fees, foreign exchange, Aeroplan, Star Alliance, key
suppliers, regional carriers, economic and geopolitical conditions, competition.
Fuel cost
Cost of fuel is also one of Air Canada s largest operation costs items. Fuel prices have and may
continue to fluctuate widely depending on many factors and, therefore Air Canada cannot
accurately predict fuel prices. Due to the competitive nature of the airline industry, Air Canada
may not be able to pass an increase in fuel prices to its customers by increasing its fares. In
addition, Air Canada may be unable to appropriately or sufficiently hedge the risks associated with
fluctuations in fuel prices. Furthermore, the impact of lower jet fuel prices could be offset by
increased price competition, resulting in decreased revenues. Significant fluctuations in fuel prices
could have a potential negative effect on Air Canada.

Can the Bombing of Dresden Be Justified
Can the bombing of Dresden be justified?
Dresden was Germanys 7th largest city at the time of the war. Historically, Dresden had been
northern Germany s cultural centre a city filled with museums and historic buildings. The
Frauenkirche Cathedral was one of the world s famous buildings. Dresden was also an extremely
important industrial area, which was something that the allies really did not want, but before
February 1945 Dresden was a peaceful country and there were not any threats from the British yet.,
Many refugees had fled to Dresden from the east because of the Soviet Union s attack; therefore
making it harder to find the actual figure of people who died. At 10 p.m. on Tuesday 13 February

Otherwise we shall come into control of an utterly ruined land. by Winston Churchill, 28 march
1945.
Although there are other reasons that come through that make the bombing of Dresden seem like
an unnecessary part of the war effort. In the first place Britain did not even start the war. In 1919
Ital, England, France, and U.S came to an agreement that Germany had to pay for all the damage
they did in the First World War. When Hitler heard of this he started organising an army, air force
and started making allies, like Mussillon s Italy. Six months later Hitler breaks the treaty and starts
another war.
Germany withdrew from the Geneva disarmament conference, which meant they refused to
support a British proposal that air bombing be banned. Dresden was also a very important rail
centre for moving troops, concentration camp prisoners and war material but it would be no
good if the allies destroyed the buildings and factories, because if there will be, still human s; they
can rebuild it. The war factories of Dresden employed around 10,000 people, many of which lived
in the very centre of the city.
The Russians were asking for help from Britain and the u.s.a because Dresden was too close to
the Russian front line. The number of people that died shows clearly how the Nazi s failed to
provide air raid shelter. People

The Golden Princess Persuasive Speech
As the princess waves her hand slightly to the right, signaling that the young man should choose
the right door, the man starts to cautiously make his way towards it. Just before he could grab the
silver lever, he thinks to himself, What if the princess knew I was going to pick the right door
leading me to the lady, instead of leading me to the ferocious maneating tiger? Why would she want
me to be with another woman whom she thinks is dire? I cannot go through with this barbaric
decision. In one instant, the young man turns swiftly to look back at the Princess, who is staring at
him with fear and softly mouthing to him, Choose the right door. He disregards her and turns to
the left door, which is latched by an enormous silver lever and he opens it with ease. While the
young man tries to see through the blackness, the princess quietly gets up from her seat and sneaks
out of the arena.
The crowd gasps and cheers as the young man and the beating red tiger s eyes meet. The man s
palms start sweating as the the orange and black beast slowly backs him into the door of from
which he entered. Looking above him, he sees that the crowd as well as the king, are smiling and
laughing at him as if it was amusing, but the princess is nowhere in sight. As the young man starts
to scan the crowd for the princess, his thoughts are broken by an enormous bang! Just as the young
man backs into the corner of the opposite end of where he and the tiger met, the princess swings

Flatland by Edwin A. Abbott Essay
Flatland is a story of depth, and the lack there of. The tale of A. Square s ventures through
Pointland, Lineland and Spaceland ultimately reveal to him the possibilities of the seemingly
impossible. In this case, the impossibilities are the very existence of other dimensions, or worlds.
His guide throughout the journey, a god like figure who refers to itself as
Sphere , bestows upon A. Square the greatest gift he could hope for, knowledge. It is only after the
Sphere forcibly takes A. Square out of his dimension, however, that he is able to shrug off his
ignorance and accept the fact that what cannot be, can, and much of what he believed before is
wrong. When he sees first hand that a square can have depth simply by ... Show more content on

Flatland is a book which main purpose is to make the reader think; it raises many questions. Is
there a fourth, fifth, sixth, infinite dimensions? Logically, there should be. Just as there is a
dimension zero, a dimension one, a second and third dimension, should not there also be a
fourth? The Sphere speaks to A. Square of Geometrical Progression 1, 2, 4 and hints that it goes
beyond even that (to 8). But of course, A. Square cannot see that while he is still in his own
realm. It is only after he enters the three dimensional world that he can realize it fully. He then
remarks rather quickly about how there should be something else. He says to the Sphere that
doubtless there is One above you who combines many Spheres in One Supreme Existence,
surpassing even the Solids of Spaceland (p. 102). He thinks logically that why should it stop here?
There has to be another more spacious space (p.102) somewhere. The Sphere cannot answer the
question A. Square so desperately seeks the answer for, and the reason for this is explained in the
foreword by Abbot. Something that does not exist cannot even be realized. That is where the
impossibility lies. People in Flatland are even incapable of understanding the limitations of that
view! The King of Lineland cannot understand something that his mind will not allow to exist any
better than the entity Pointland can think outside his prison of thought. Another interesting part of
the book is the way women are

Love s Labor s Lost
Love s Labor s Lost (1598) by William Shakespeare shows a humorous battle of the sexes among
members of the aristocracy. While this battle may seem like a harmless game of wits on the
surface, there is a serious lack of authentic communication that underlies this comedic play, which
spells trouble for male and female relations in general. Through insincere words, vows, and
writing, both sexes men especially show a failure to loveand communicate genuinely.
This battle of the sexes, at least superficially, does not seem to have much at stake. The men do
have vows to keep, but they are easily worked around once the men realize that they are all in love.
After these vows are dismissed, the men enjoy this battle as a game more than ... Show more content

On one hand, Berowne s apparent sorrow shows his willingness to take the oath seriously. However,
on the other hand, if Berowne truly loved Rosaline, it is perplexing that he should love the worst
of all, describing her eyes as two pitch balls stuck in her face. This is not a flattering description at
all, and if Berowne feels this way about Rosaline, it is not clear as to why he has trouble keeping
his vow; it is almost as if Berowne is more interested in the performance of love than the beloved
herself. It also likely has to do with the fact that Berowne does not want to follow the oath, and is
looking for a way out and it would seem that this is true for the other men as well. When the men
look to Berowne for reassurance after breaking their oaths, Berowne says of swearing off
women, We have made a vow to study, lords, / And in that vow we have forsworn our books
(Shakespeare 4.3.292 293). Berowne makes the argument that they are supposed to be studying,
and that studying is impossible without being able to look at a woman s beautiful face. This
argument is tenuous at best, but it does the job, because the men would take any excuse to allow
them to forsake their oaths. It is quite interesting that the men are willing to break one vow to swear

The whole literature of this period was inspired with a growing spirit of patriotism, and an
appreciation of Rome as the great ruler of the world
(Morey, 1901f, Par. Patronage of Literature).
Government
Rome like Carthage traces it s founding myth back to the Phoneticians of Tyre and shared many of
the same governmental structures as Carthage with a Senate, assemblies, etc (Duncan, 2016).
Undoubtedly it was influence by the Greeks, however it grew beyond the simple city states of
Greece. It was the evolution of Roman government which differentiated themselves and allowed
them to eventually surpass their Greek neighbors.
Military
Early Rome was a warrior people whose success was founded not just based on that of their
military but their ability to adapt and absorb the military strategies and tactics of those they fought.
The navel vessels via the Carthaginians where derived from the Greek triremes, and even the
formations hearken back to the Trojan phalanx. They took what worked, improved it and made
them their own.

How Jesus Christ Fulfilled The Covenants God Made With...
Introduction
Throughout the history of the world, God has been working to bring humanity back to him. Due to
the loss of constant communion in the fall, God set forth multiple promises to eventually establish
his eternal Kingdom, the New Testament, is the culmination of these promises. The Gospels are the
most specific in how Jesus Christ fulfilled the covenants God made with Abraham and David.
More importantly he is the fulfillment of the new covenant, which washes away sin and brings
humanity back into communion with God. What is modeled in the Gospels is reaffirmed in
Acts, by the way the church is to function according to the culmination of the Covenants. Acts
begins to reveal the great mystery that is the inclusion of the Gentiles in God s covenant. Paul s
Epistles take the culmination a step further and defend the idea that the fulfillment of God s
covenants does not just affect the people of Israel, but the Gentiles as well. The General epistles
teach that the people are no longer bound by the mosaic covenant since the New Covenant was
fulfilled via Jesus Christ. Yet practice of the law is still an important factor of the Christian life
style even if superseded by the New Covenant. Revelation shows that covenants are leading up to
the lord s victory and salvation of his people. The sins of the Jews and Gentiles are washed away by
Jesus the blood of the lamb so in reality the battle is already won because of the New Covenants
fulfillment in Jesus. It is clear from

Miles Davis, Miles. Davis
Biography of Miles Davis
Miles Dewey Davis the Third was a musician; composer; genius. Davis wrote a large portion of
the music he played and he did not care what people thought about his music. Do not fear
mistakes, there are none. (Miles Davis 29). The amount of skill Davis must have had to keep on
creating new, original, different music is far beyond many people. Davis is one of the main
contributing factors to change jazz. He, alone, has made his own style, the Cool Jazz genre (Karl
Scarborough 26). Davis is surely one of the reasons I believe jazz is here to stay for a long time,
and Davis thought so too. In Davis life, he has done many great things and experienced some
good things as well as some bad things. Davis is a man whom, one might say, has seen in all. Even
his childhood was different than most people born in the 20s and 30s.
Davis was born the 26th of May, 1926 in Alton Illinois (John Szwed 13). Davis has one sister,
Dorothy Davis, and one brother, Vernon Davis. Davis father is Miles Dewey Davis the Second.
Davis mother is Cleota Henry Davis. Davis married Betty Davis and had four children, three

During the elections, James Knox Polk, a slave owner, represented the Democratic Party and

the annexation of Texas and Manifest Destiny, the idea that it was America s God given right to

Conflict resolution in the workplace
Conflict resolution in the workplace Introduction Conflict is a fact in any relationship including
the work area. Still, it is important to emphasize that some conflicts should not be seen as good or
bad, they are just differences. Many times when there are disagreements between players these
issues are left on the table without giving much emphasis. Unfortunately some of these conflicts
have reached a level that ends in a physical altercation. When things get out of proportion, the
sports psychologist is called in to intervene as a third party to mediate the situation. This process
can take weeks. This paper attempts to raise awareness to owners of The Sluggers baseball team,

Now, I stress the fact that these conflicts can happen between teammates, managers to players and
vice versa, or between managers and coaches. Unsolved, or unsatisfactorily resolved conflicts
perceived by one or all parties in the situation can lead to worse consequences, (Jehn, Rupert, Nauta,
2006).
Conflicts do not always come to light immediately because parties will intent to use mechanisms to
deal or solve them. These mechanisms are not always the most appropriate. A manager o coach that
becomes aware of something going wrong with their team should pay attention and try to solve it
before it escalates to another level, (Fisher Santana Gonzalez, (2013). Addressing a conflict as soon
as possible does not mean to be made lightly or quickly. Individuals serving as mediators must be
impartial, show true interest between the parties, and above all be prepared in the area of conflict
resolution. A mediator should never favor any party, (Montgomery, 1995). Studies related to the
perception of asymmetry (inequity or favoritism) in the process of settlement of conflict
demonstrate that this can lead to absenteeism, lack of motivation and job dissatisfaction after the
resolution, (Jehn et al., 2006).

Athenian Democracy Dbq Essay
During the Golden Age in Greece, many things changed. Things that changed were the diversity of
political views and the social doings of the Athenians and the organization of the Athenians
economy. With the Golden Age, many groups worked together that wouldn t normally interact. The
biggest example of that is the relationship between Athenians and their democracy.
The first example of the relationship between the Athenians and their democracy during the golden
age was the diversity of political views that the Athenians followed. Too start in document 3 written
by Isocrates an Athenian political statesman, orator, and writer and made in the year 346 BCE and
the point they are trying to get across is that back then they did not have a political system
/government which in turn made the people do whatever they wanted which was bad. Then in
document 4 written by Aeschines an Athenian political statesmen, orator, and writer, and made in
the year 330 BCE. The author s point of view from this document is that how the three forms of
government, autocracy, oligarchy, and democracy work and the principles of them are. Also in
document 5 written by Thucydides an Athenian warrior, statesmen, and historian wrote in the year
410 BCE, what the author is trying to say it all the reason why democracies are good and the
outcomes of it. Finally, in document 9 written by Aristotlein Aristotle s Politics published in the
year 326 BCE this document is about the author s hatred towards tyranny.

Banana- Musa Paradisiaca
Banana (Musa paradisiaca)
How it can be grown at home:
Basically, from personal experience, Bananas are one of the easiest plants to grow.
Most of the homes in Brunei have Banana plants grown in their backyard.
They can grow even without any proper care for example like my banana trees in my home which
grew by themselves.
However since they are not being properly taken care of, they rarely bare fruits. Bananas can be
grown like any other plant. They require good soil, sunlight and nutrients.
However Banana plants also need special care in order to grow healthy. Avoid using infected
suckers to grow new banana trees.
Feed the plants with plenty of fertilizers every month as they are nutritious plants. They will require
sufficient fertilizers to produce all the nutrients.
They are usually propagated vegetatively by division. Their suckers or pups that rise from the base
of the main stem or from underground corm are removed and plant them to make new banana trees.
Another propagation method is by tissue culture where the plantlets are produced in a laboratory.
This is the best method and cost effective to produce good quality bananas.
Pineapple (Ananas Comosus)
Basically to grow a pineapple, you first have to pull the crown from the fruit. Choose a fresh healthy
pineapple to grow healthy pineapple plant.
But sometimes you can use its sucker to grow new plants.
After that the crown has to be soaked in the water and expose to the

My Experience In My Basketball Game
We lost seven of our first nine basketball games. All we had to do to start winning was lose our
starting guard me to injury. I broke the fourth metacarpel in my left hand just below the ring
finger during Christmas break of my senior year. Of the nine games we played, I started all of
them, and we lost all but two of them. Then, after my injury the team won sixteen of their last
eighteen games. I could have learned many lessons from this experience, such as I should have
given up basketball nine games earlier, or everyone contributes to the team effort some just do it
better from the bench. But, I learned much more than that. Coach Ernst looked a bit surprised
when I showed up dressed out and ready to practice with my bulging left forearm the next day.
(In addition to the fiberglass cast, I wrapped it with a bit of padding and an ace bandage to
prevent any more injuries to teammates.) I realized that he expected that I would sit and watch
practices and still be a part of the team at least in name, but I know he was surprised when I was
ready to still work hard; especially considering I really had little chance to play the rest of the
year. I realized that no one would push me except myself in this situation. So, I practiced hard
that day, and every other day. The only reward was that I knew I was pushing myself as hard as I
could, and by so doing I was also pushing my teammates. Sweating profusely in a cast packaged up
in an ace bandage created a stench that made the

Cyril Of Alexandria
St. Cyril of Alexandria: Defense of the TheotГіkos Jobin Thomas Introduction to Church History
September 12, 2015 St. Cyril of Alexandria, the Bishop of Alexandria (which is a Mediterranean
port city in Egypt) is one of the most renowned Fathers and Doctor of the Church. He was conferred
the title Doctor of the Church by Pope Leo XIII in 1882. At the beginning of the 5th century,
theological controversies on the understanding of the mystery of the incarnation and the title of
TheotГіkos bestowed on Mary erupted. One St. Cyril s most prominent teachings is his defense of
Mary as the TheotГіkos against Nestorius who preferred the term Chistotokos. Nestorius denial of
the title of TheotГіkos implies that Mary was not the Mother of God, and therefore God had not
taken human form in the person of Jesus Christ. Mary was simply the mother of an exemplary
man. However, through a careful examination of St. Cyril s defense of Mary as the TheotГіkos, we
will come to see why Nestorius position cannot be held and was condemned at the Council of
Ephesus in 431. Biography of St. Cyril of Alexandria Why St. Cyril of Alexandria was chosen for

Participation in the program was determined on an individual basis by the court. Participants

Time Is An Illusion Essay
Time. Is it an illusion? Or is it real? These two questions have been debated many times by
philosophers all around the world but they have yet to give a certain answer. Everyday, we use the
concept of time to measure how long an event is, to tell someone when to do what and to place
your events of the day in order. We are constantly using the perception of timein our sentences, but
is time actually real? I personally think that time is an illusion. I believe this because time is
simply something that gives order to our events, we do not progress in time and that time is simply
an illusion created by us.
Time is something that reminds us when there is an event that we must attend to. If you look at a

Saint Augustine stated that there are three times; a present time about things past, a present time
about things present, a present time about things future. The future exists only as expectations, the
past exists only as memory, but expectation and memory exist in the present. This means that you
cannot relive the past because you are always in the present time. Even if you are remembering a
memory from the past or waiting for something in the future, you are still in the present. Marina
Abramovic quotes: Time is an illusion. Time only exists when we think about the past and the
future. Time doesn t exist in the present here and now. This means that we only think that there is
time since there is a past and future. As time flows, the present is always updating itself every
millisecond. As you read this sentence, you might think that you are in the present but the moment
is no longer happening. After you read the sentence, that time you read it becomes the past. If you
backtrack to the memory of you reading the sentence, you are still in the present even though you
are thinking of the past. If you look at the clock, in one minute the you that you are now will be in
the past. The future you will become the present you and then almost instantly become the past you.
Therefore we are always in the present and it is the mind that can be in the present or the

Importance Of Information And Its Role For Managing Modern...
A) To begin with, Dretske Fred (1994) mentions that a role of information is To make this work the
idea information must be operational in such a way as to give semantic properties a role in
information system behaviours. This therefore suggests that businesses must use information to
produce new innovative ideas which could benefit their business for example new packaging of
sweets will attract customers to purchase the sweet and this could lead to an increase in sales.
Moreover, Fawzy Soliman (2003) cites that Critical information plays a key and essential role for
managing modern organisations, because of the large volumes of information and the resources
required to process them, it has become necessary to develop a scheme for the identification of
critical information. The characteristics of information that THB confectionery should use in their

updated, appropriateness to the task and the person performing the task, accuracy of the
information, brevity the level of detail appropriate for the task. Additionally, rarity which leads to
unusual information, understandability of information to person receiving it, action sufficient
detail to initiate action by appropriate person and lastly, presentation format of the information and
degree of ambiguity. Nevertheless, Mohamed Youssef (2003) mentions that the importance of

no right or wrong answer in how someone perceives something. Peter sees the abandon track as a

Essay on Animal Rights
Animal Rights
The 20th century has had more medical breakthroughs than any other hundred years in history. But
there is a price. No significant discovery in this time has occurred without the use of animals in
biological research experiments. Heart surgery, polio, osteoporosis, diabetes, AIDS, and cancer
have all had significant breakthroughs thanks to these experiments(McCarty 15).
The use of animals in today s world is highly controversial. Our society eats animals and their
products, wears them, uses them for entertainment, and kills some species, such as rats and mice
for being a nuisance. In a society which uses animals in all these different ways, it is ethical to use

Even though the direct cost of the animals is small, around 20% of all projects will involve an
element of animal studies in amongst the other research techniques. When animals are used in
research there are strict regulations to ensure a minimum of pain and suffering for the
subjects(UNMC). Ultimately our overall understanding of diseases rests heavily upon studies of
living systems, including animals. In the fight to save human lives, animals are vital.
The Hot Zone reveals that animal research inadvertently led to an outbreak of Ebola near
Washington DC. But this is a unique case where research has harmed humankind. The U.S. has
recognized the importance of animal research and were it not for the Animals (Scientific)
Research Act of 1986 most scientists would have been charged with cruelty to animals by now.
Because of these laws new drugs are tested on approximately 1,000 animals before they can be
released on the market(McCarty 81). This law would not exist if government officials thought these
experiments would harm their citizens. In fact due to animal research the human life span has been
increased by an average of 28 years(McCarty 15).
Though animal research has benefited millions of people world wide it has its detractors.
Hollywood celebrities are using their free time to pose naked for billboards. To protest the use of

Antigone s motivation is love for her family she puts it above all else. In fact, she is willing to

Ethical Hacking And Information Security Essay
Ethical Hacking and Information Security
Merriam Webster defines Hacker as, a person who secretly gets access to a computer system in
order to get information, cause damage. But what if I told you that having a hacker is necessary?
Ethical Hacking is paramount to the security of our Information Technologies (IT). The task of
testing your computers and network for security vulnerabilities and plugging the vulnerabilities you
find before the opposition gets a chance to exploit them. Without having the ability to do what
devious personnel can do inside your IT, you will never fully understand the holes in your security.
It all began in the 1960s at MIT, origin of the term hacker , but the science dates back to 1903 to
the first ever documented hacking of an electronic device. In 1932, Marian Rejewski hacked the
German Enigma Machine. The Enigma machine was an electromechanical device, equipped with
a 26 letter keyboard and 26 lamps, relating to the letters of the alphabet. Inside was a set of wired
drums (rotors and a reflector) that jumbled the input. The Enigma used a plug board to swap pairs
of letters, and the encryption varied from one key press to the next. For two operators to
communicate, both Enigma machines had to be set up in the same way. The large number of
possibilities for setting the rotors and the plug board combined to form an exponential number of
configurations, and the settings were changed daily, so the machine code had to be broken each
day. Marian s

Persuasive Speech On Western Honey Bees
If we die, we re taking you with us.
It was a strident slogan drilled into many by everything from the 2016 Cheerios
#BringBackTheBees campaign to the Bee Movie of 2007. It seems as though everyone nowadays
wants to remind us that the bees are dying at an alarming rate, and ever since elementary we
would have learned the important role that the bees played. Without the bees, we will be doomed!
But, what if I were to tell you that this was all just not true? It has been shoved down our throats
for so long now that many of us might have lost sight of the truth, but in reality, the environment
would actually be a whole lot better if the bees just buzzed off, permanently.

the decline of bumblebees which, to be clear, are different from Western honey bees and are the

a higher chance to get, is the exact same strain in both species. So, once again, I repeat: honey
bees are considered one of the likeliest sources of at least one major emerging infectious disease to

Pros And Cons Of Net Neutrality
Net Neutrality Regulation Pros As previously stated, net neutrality is a complex subject and it
has many layers. One issue of major of concern is that of fast lanes and the establishment of net
neutrality would prevent ISPs from forming these types of connections. Simplified, a fast lane is
line of service that provides faster upload and download speeds. A fast lane would allow ISPs to
charge companies such as Netflix, Skype, PlayStation Plus, and other streaming services for faster
connections that would allow consumers to access the services easier and faster. Proponents of net
neutrality worry that the extra expenses for fast lanes could become a formidable challenge for

Many neutrality proponents contend that failing to develop and enforce net neutrality will lead
to the ability of ISPs to block access to content. Currently, there is a freedom of choice in that
ISPs are unable to obstruct certain sites or contents over others but that hasn t always been the
case. There have been several cases over the last few years where ISPs have moved to block
internet content. Comcast is probably the best known culprit. In the early to mid 2000 s,
Comcast monitored network traffic patterns and began blocking certain websites (Ammori,
2014). The sites that were targeted were those that are known as peer to peer. Peer to peer (P2P)
sites utilize technology that allow users to share data without having a centralized server. There
have been instances where illegal data has been shared but it would be impossible for an ISP to
determine that simply from traffic patterns. Peer to peer sites are not the only ones that have
been targeted. In 2005, an ISP in North Carolina moved to block traffic that allowed users to
access Vonage, an application that allows users to make telephone calls via the internet. AT T had
a contract with Apple that asked AT T to block all applications that offered video chat over a
cellular network. This allowed Apple s application, Facetime, to become the preferred application of

function other than portraying either appearance or conveying information (Rideout, 2011).
While each file can be independently reviewed to assess if an original file is copyrighted, it
would be an arduous task that would not be fiscally responsible for a company to pursue every
similar design. Additionally, current patent laws are applicable to complete and assembled
products; creating replacement parts is currently legal and allowable (Thompson, 2012). If any of

The Archetype Of The Noble Savage
What is the Noble Savage? Authors James Fenimore Cooper, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow,
Pontiac, and Mary Rowlandson seek to answer to that very question in their respective writings.
Each author has a different take on the Noble Savage some focus more on nobility rather than
savagery, others do the inverse, and some have a good balance of the two. When coupled
together, the varying viewpoints lend themselves to paint a great picture of what the Noble Savage
truly is: a complex archetype. After examining each of the works by the authors, I have concluded
that the two aspects which make up the Noble Savage nobility and savagery are found in how they
carry themselves, how they live, how they go about killing and why, and ultimately how they feel...

First, let us examine just how the Noble Savage kills. In Rowlandson s Narrative, she depicts so
much death. Throughout the Narrative, the Noble Savage is said to have burned houses,
knocked many people on the head, chopped people on the head, stripped and split open some
who they knocked on the head, and all the while the Noble Savages would have roared, sung,
ranted, and insulted (Rowlandson 127 129). Now, the reason the Noble Savage kills is hinted at
in The Last of the Mohicans, but it is made explicitly clear in Pontiac s Speech at Detroit.
Ultimately, it comes down to the Noble Savage s hatred for the white man; he/she feels that the
white man has corrupted his/her people s way of

Essay on The Debate Over Birds and Feathered Dinosaurs
The Debate Over Birds and Feathered Dinosaurs Because dinosaurs are animals that lived
millions of years ago, we are entirely dependent on the fossils that they have left behind for any
understanding that we hope to gain. As any paleontologist will tell you, fossil hunting is difficult.
There are no certainties, no guarantees. A certain amount of luck is as valuable as any scientific
knowledge. Every so often a discovery is made that attempts to shake up pre conceived notions of
how the dinosaurs actually lived or how they came to be. On June 22, 2000, in Oregon, scientists
announced the discovery of the oldest known animal to have feathers. Though no records indicate
how the age of the animal was determined, the... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In fact, those that actually subscribe to the feathered Longisquama theory are a decided
minority in the paleontological community. The detractors of Nonavian Feathers in a Late
Triassic Archosaur believe that the feather like impressions in the fossil are not even feathers at
all. Based on the angle and shape of the imprints, many paleontologists believe that they were
left by highly modified scales , or possibly even ferns that had fallen on the animal s body after
death.4 Disregarding the feathers of Longisquama, and therefore disregarding its link to
Archaeopteryx, these scientists still fully support the dinosaur bird link. As mentioned before,
the extreme majority of paleontologists still subscribe to this idea. A recent discovery in the
western region of China seems to clarify the link between dinosaurs and birds. Living at roughly
the same time as Archaeopteryx, Sinovenator changii is very closely related to the bird yet is
classified as a dinosaur.5 This discovery is widely regarded as very good evidence that dinosaurs
and birds share evolutionary traits, and disputes the assertion that they are unrelated; as made by
those that support the feathered Longisquama findings. As if this finding wasn t enough, other
feathered dinosaurs have been discovered in the same region of China. Protarchaeopteryx and
Caudipteryx zoui lived about 125 and 145 million years

Isaac Luria Research Paper
Religions have historically incorporated elements of mysticism into their broader teachings in
order to help explain the inexplicable or to provide alternate routes to the Divine for their
followers. While more the conservative sects of a religion typically look down upon mystical
schools of thought for straying too far away from what is written in their sacred texts, most will
simply accept them as another group of lost souls looking for answers to the universe s deepest
questions. In Judaism, mystical tradition is referred to as Kabbalahand, unlike most other mystical
schools of thought, it stays true to the smallest details of Jewish Law. This close attention to
remaining consistent with greater Jewish tradition has made Kabbalah more... Show more content

Ibn Zimra was a master of rabbinic law, authoring over 2,500 rabbinic legal opinions and other
Kabbalistic works. One of his Kabbalistic writings delves into the mystical explanation for the
letters of the Hebrew alphabet, even exploring the significance of their individual shapes (Fine
35). Furthermore, historical documents from this period suggest that Luria was one of ibn Zimra
s top students by the age of 23. This reveals how Luria s knowledge and understanding of
halakhic and rabbinic writings were well beyond his years; his studies under ibn Zimra made him
into an outstanding, highly skilled legal scholar in a fairly short amount of time. Because of this,
Luria transitioned from being a mere student to entering the most important rabbinic circle of
Egypt, continuing his halakhic work with ibn Zimra s successor, Bezalel Ashkenazi. In addition to
building up his Jewish education while living in Egypt, Luria worked as a commercial trader in
the 1550s, facilitating the exchange of goods between Egypt, Turkey and Italy (Fine 29 33). This
smaller aspect of Luria s life in Egypt may have contributed to his development by bringing him into
to contact with different cultures, religions, and

Seeking Independence in Essay Self Reliance by Ralph Waldo...
It is impossible to live a whole life without the help of others. Everyone starts out relying on their
parents to feed them, take care of them, and teach them. However, as people grow older, they
learn to look after themselves and be independent of others. In Ralph Waldo Emerson s essay Self
Reliance , he tells us that once people are able to be independent, they should be an individual
who believes in themselves and does not conform to society. In American culture today, there are
people who go with the flow and do what everyone else does. On the other hand, there are people
who are unique and self reliant, and they are the ones who set the trends . American culture values
self reliance to the extent that although the majority of people... Show more content on

In order to be successful, you must have the drive and motivation, but the motivation does not
magically come from the outside, it comes from within yourself, you just have to find it.
Another important message is that you must make the effort in order to succeed. Emerson
writes, none but he knows what that is which he can do, nor does he know until he has tried
(Emerson, par. 1). This says that no one knows what they can do until they try, so if they never try,
they will never succeed. Overall, Eric Thomas is a great inspirer that advocates to be aggressive in
the quest for success, and whose teachings reflect Emerson s Self Reliance . Eric Thomas also
shows examples of self reliance and persevering through conformity in his life story. He dropped
out of high school in his senior year. This was due to the bad influence of his friends, and the fact
that he left home at an early age. In one of his videos he asks, You know why it was so easy for me
to drop out of school? Because my father dropped out of school and goes on to say, and why was it
easy for him to drop out? Because my grandfather dropped out of school (Thomas, Greatness Is
Upon You). This is an example of conforming to the ways set before you; and it shows that not all
trends people set are good. However, Eric did not want his legacy to follow the ways of his
forefathers, so he decided to get his GED. But he did not stop there. He also acquired his Bachelor
s degree, Master s degree,

On several levels, the Internet and related advances in technology have significantly affected
financial services broadly, and insurance markets more specifically. When combined with
globalization and regulatory reform, these advances have forced the insurance industry to become
more competitive. We will discuss here specifically the split or disruption in the insurance business
with a focus on the auto insurance product and less complex personal insurance products. These ...

Agents can be captive, meaning they write only for one company, or independent, meaning that
they can issue policies from several companies. The existence and success of companies using
insurance agents is likely due to improved and personalized service and relationships.
With regard to the traditional Automobile insurance, the product itself has become standardized
primarily due to government regulations and lender requirements. There really isn t any further
product innovation that takes place. This has led to extreme process innovation and, combined with
the velocity of technological change, has allowed the non specific auto insurance product to split
from the traditional insurer.
Transaction Cost Advantages for Internet based Insurance
Insurance companies selling and servicing over the Internet will have a cost advantage over
traditional insurers in the range of 58% to 71% over the lifetime of a customer. Savings are driven
by reduced sales costs, cheaper and better information capture. (Booz Allen amp; Hamilton, 1997)
Personal Auto insurance has become nonspecific or generic, where computers and software can
handle the entire transaction, from start to finish. Increasingly predictive modeling technology is
being used by personal auto insurance carriers to augment or automate the rating/pricing and

  • 5. The Doctrine Of Christian Universalism The Doctrine of Christian Universalism Archie J. Spencer, Th.D THS 540: Introduction to Christian Theology Shahrzad Jamali ACTS Seminaries Fall 2017 Universalism is perhaps the greatest unspoken premise of modern thought within the Christian church. N.T wright The salvation of humankind has been always presented in 3 possible positions: 1) none will be saved, 2) some will be saved, or 3) all will be saved. The traditional Christian teaching has been always focused on the second position and maintained that only some of people will be saved. But there have been ongoing debates within this position about who exactly will be the saved group? And what will be the condition of the lost ones? Christian Universalism is a school of Christian theology that is focused on the doctrine of universal salvation. This doctrine holds the third position and believes that eventually all human beings, regardless of their faith, will be saved and will enjoy everlasting life with Christ. This doctrine has been presented differently by those who advocated it throughout the centuries and various labels have been used to refer to this doctrine, including Universal restoration , universal restitution , universal reconciliation , and universal salvation. Universalism is also closely related with other complicated theological issues, such as the relationship between God s nature, his love and His justice, free will and predestination, and the retributive punishment. Therefore, it ... • 6. The Roles And Contributions Of Herodotus And Sima Qian Although Herodotus and Sima Qian lived hundreds of years apart on opposite sides of the planet, their respective impacts on their societies and humanity as a whole are tremendous. Herodotus was born in 480 BCE in Halicarnassus, Asia Minor (now Turkey). His family was wealthy, and immediately resisted the Persian rule after their conquest of the city, leading to his exile on the island of Samos his first encounter with the trauma of war. He then wrote The Histories, a work of massive scope that focused on reliability and thoroughness unlike anything before it. Sima Qian was born in 145 BCE in Han ruled China. His father held the title Grand Astrologer, a position concerned with preparing the yearly calendar. However, his father had begun writing a grand work of history: at his death, Qian promised to finish the work in his honor. The Records of the Historian, like The Histories, was revolutionary in that it covered far more spatial and temporal ground than any prior Chinese work. Because their purviews were so vast and recordings so comprehensive, Herodotusand Sima Qian s respective influences were felt throughout their societies, thus facilitating their arbitration of moral judgment through interpretation of historical fact. In crude terms, they understood that the what was inconsequential without the why. Specifically, they saw their roles as interpreters as opportunities to become arbiters of moral judgment: moral leaders. Their works, and thus their mechanisms of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Historically, Dresden had been northern Germany s cultural centre a city filled with museums and historic buildings. The Frauenkirche Cathedral was one of the world s famous buildings. Dresden was also an extremely important industrial area, which was something that the allies really did not want, but before February 1945 Dresden was a peaceful country and there were not any threats from the British yet., Many refugees had fled to Dresden from the east because of the Soviet Union s attack; therefore making it harder to find the actual figure of people who died. Otherwise we shall come into control of an utterly ruined land. by Winston Churchill, 28 march 1945. Although there are other reasons that come through that make the bombing of Dresden seem like an unnecessary part of the war effort. In the first place Britain did not even start the war. In 1919 Ital, England, France, and U.S came to an agreement that Germany had to pay for all the damage they did in the First World War. When Hitler heard of this he started organising an army, air force and started making allies, like Mussillon s Italy. Six months later Hitler breaks the treaty and starts another war. Germany withdrew from the Geneva disarmament conference, which meant they refused to support a British proposal that air bombing be banned. Dresden was also a very important rail centre for moving troops, concentration camp prisoners and war material but it would be no good if the allies destroyed the buildings and factories, because if there will be, still human s; they can rebuild it. The war factories of Dresden employed around 10,000 people, many of which lived in the very centre of the city. In this case, the impossibilities are the very existence of other dimensions, or worlds. His guide throughout the journey, a god like figure who refers to itself as Sphere , bestows upon A. Flatland is a book which main purpose is to make the reader think; it raises many questions. Is there a fourth, fifth, sixth, infinite dimensions? Logically, there should be. Just as there is a dimension zero, a dimension one, a second and third dimension, should not there also be a fourth? The Sphere speaks to A. Square of Geometrical Progression 1, 2, 4 and hints that it goes beyond even that (to 8). But of course, A. Square cannot see that while he is still in his own realm. It is only after he enters the three dimensional world that he can realize it fully. He then remarks rather quickly about how there should be something else. He says to the Sphere that doubtless there is One above you who combines many Spheres in One Supreme Existence, surpassing even the Solids of Spaceland (p. 102). He thinks logically that why should it stop here? There has to be another more spacious space (p.102) somewhere. The Sphere cannot answer the question A. Square so desperately seeks the answer for, and the reason for this is explained in the foreword by Abbot. Something that does not exist cannot even be realized. That is where the impossibility lies. People in Flatland are even incapable of understanding the limitations of that view! Through insincere words, vows, and writing, both sexes men especially show a failure to loveand communicate genuinely. On one hand, Berowne s apparent sorrow shows his willingness to take the oath seriously. However, on the other hand, if Berowne truly loved Rosaline, it is perplexing that he should love the worst of all, describing her eyes as two pitch balls stuck in her face. This is not a flattering description at all, and if Berowne feels this way about Rosaline, it is not clear as to why he has trouble keeping his vow; it is almost as if Berowne is more interested in the performance of love than the beloved herself. It also likely has to do with the fact that Berowne does not want to follow the oath, and is looking for a way out and it would seem that this is true for the other men as well. When the men look to Berowne for reassurance after breaking their oaths, Berowne says of swearing off women, We have made a vow to study, lords, / And in that vow we have forsworn our books (Shakespeare 4.3.292 293). Berowne makes the argument that they are supposed to be studying, and that studying is impossible without being able to look at a woman s beautiful face. • 16. How Jesus Christ Fulfilled The Covenants God Made With... Introduction Throughout the history of the world, God has been working to bring humanity back to him. Due to the loss of constant communion in the fall, God set forth multiple promises to eventually establish his eternal Kingdom, the New Testament, is the culmination of these promises. The Gospels are the most specific in how Jesus Christ fulfilled the covenants God made with Abraham and David. More importantly he is the fulfillment of the new covenant, which washes away sin and brings humanity back into communion with God. What is modeled in the Gospels is reaffirmed in Acts, by the way the church is to function according to the culmination of the Covenants. Acts begins to reveal the great mystery that is the inclusion of the Gentiles in God s covenant. Paul s Epistles take the culmination a step further and defend the idea that the fulfillment of God s covenants does not just affect the people of Israel, but the Gentiles as well. The General epistles teach that the people are no longer bound by the mosaic covenant since the New Covenant was fulfilled via Jesus Christ. Yet practice of the law is still an important factor of the Christian life style even if superseded by the New Covenant. Revelation shows that covenants are leading up to the lord s victory and salvation of his people. The sins of the Jews and Gentiles are washed away by Jesus the blood of the lamb so in reality the battle is already won because of the New Covenants fulfillment in Jesus. It is clear from ... Unsolved, or unsatisfactorily resolved conflicts perceived by one or all parties in the situation can lead to worse consequences, (Jehn, Rupert, Nauta, 2006). Conflicts do not always come to light immediately because parties will intent to use mechanisms to deal or solve them. These mechanisms are not always the most appropriate. A manager o coach that becomes aware of something going wrong with their team should pay attention and try to solve it before it escalates to another level, (Fisher Santana Gonzalez, (2013). Addressing a conflict as soon as possible does not mean to be made lightly or quickly. Individuals serving as mediators must be impartial, show true interest between the parties, and above all be prepared in the area of conflict resolution. A mediator should never favor any party, (Montgomery, 1995). Studies related to the perception of asymmetry (inequity or favoritism) in the process of settlement of conflict demonstrate that this can lead to absenteeism, lack of motivation and job dissatisfaction after the resolution, (Jehn et al., 2006). ... • 25. Cyril Of Alexandria St. Cyril of Alexandria: Defense of the TheotГіkos Jobin Thomas Introduction to Church History September 12, 2015 St. Cyril of Alexandria, the Bishop of Alexandria (which is a Mediterranean port city in Egypt) is one of the most renowned Fathers and Doctor of the Church. He was conferred the title Doctor of the Church by Pope Leo XIII in 1882. At the beginning of the 5th century, theological controversies on the understanding of the mystery of the incarnation and the title of TheotГіkos bestowed on Mary erupted. One St. Cyril s most prominent teachings is his defense of Mary as the TheotГіkos against Nestorius who preferred the term Chistotokos. Nestorius denial of the title of TheotГіkos implies that Mary was not the Mother of God, and therefore God had not taken human form in the person of Jesus Christ. Mary was simply the mother of an exemplary man. However, through a careful examination of St. Cyril s defense of Mary as the TheotГіkos, we will come to see why Nestorius position cannot be held and was condemned at the Council of Ephesus in 431. These two questions have been debated many times by philosophers all around the world but they have yet to give a certain answer. Everyday, we use the concept of time to measure how long an event is, to tell someone when to do what and to place your events of the day in order. We are constantly using the perception of timein our sentences, but is time actually real? I personally think that time is an illusion. I believe this because time is simply something that gives order to our events, we do not progress in time and that time is simply an illusion created by us. Time is something that reminds us when there is an event that we must attend to. If you look at a clock, all you see is a bunch of numbers ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Saint Augustine stated that there are three times; a present time about things past, a present time about things present, a present time about things future. The future exists only as expectations, the past exists only as memory, but expectation and memory exist in the present. This means that you cannot relive the past because you are always in the present time. Even if you are remembering a memory from the past or waiting for something in the future, you are still in the present. Marina Abramovic quotes: Time is an illusion. Time only exists when we think about the past and the future. Time doesn t exist in the present here and now. This means that we only think that there is time since there is a past and future. As time flows, the present is always updating itself every millisecond. As you read this sentence, you might think that you are in the present but the moment is no longer happening. After you read the sentence, that time you read it becomes the past. If you backtrack to the memory of you reading the sentence, you are still in the present even though you are thinking of the past. The task of testing your computers and network for security vulnerabilities and plugging the vulnerabilities you find before the opposition gets a chance to exploit them. In 1932, Marian Rejewski hacked the German Enigma Machine. The Enigma machine was an electromechanical device, equipped with a 26 letter keyboard and 26 lamps, relating to the letters of the alphabet. Inside was a set of wired drums (rotors and a reflector) that jumbled the input. The Enigma used a plug board to swap pairs of letters, and the encryption varied from one key press to the next. For two operators to communicate, both Enigma machines had to be set up in the same way. One issue of major of concern is that of fast lanes and the establishment of net neutrality would prevent ISPs from forming these types of connections. A fast lane would allow ISPs to charge companies such as Netflix, Skype, PlayStation Plus, and other streaming services for faster connections that would allow consumers to access the services easier and faster. Currently, there is a freedom of choice in that ISPs are unable to obstruct certain sites or contents over others but that hasn t always been the case. There have been several cases over the last few years where ISPs have moved to block internet content. Comcast is probably the best known culprit. In the early to mid 2000 s, Comcast monitored network traffic patterns and began blocking certain websites (Ammori, 2014). The sites that were targeted were those that are known as peer to peer. Peer to peer (P2P) sites utilize technology that allow users to share data without having a centralized server. There have been instances where illegal data has been shared but it would be impossible for an ISP to determine that simply from traffic patterns. When coupled together, the varying viewpoints lend themselves to paint a great picture of what the Noble Savage truly is: a complex archetype. As mentioned before, the extreme majority of paleontologists still subscribe to this idea. A recent discovery in the western region of China seems to clarify the link between dinosaurs and birds.
