This course aims to help students develop personal effectiveness and management skills through self-assessment, building interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills, goal-setting, and teamwork. The course structure includes topics like self-awareness, non-verbal communication, effective presentations, listening skills, social skills, stress management, creativity, and communication. Delivery methods include lectures, demonstrations, case studies, discussions, and live projects. Students will be evaluated based on class participation, case discussions, attendance, a structured thinking project and presentation, and a group discussion.
