SETTING GOALS TO MAINTAIN FOCUS
Step 1: Set Goals with the Greatest Positive Impact
- Look all areas of your life - family, career, health etc and then make goals
Step 2: Make SMART Goals for Best Results:
- Specific. Measurable. Achievable. Realistic. Time-limited
Step 3: Writing Goals Down Is Essential
Step 4: Think of Potential Obstacles and Real Solutions
Step 5: Focus on Goals Everyday
*Once you have practical goals, it will be easier to maintain focus on effectiveness*

SELF DISCLOSURE: It will help you to
know yourself better.
OPENNESS TO FEEDBACK: You will get
a new and different perspective of your
viewing things and also yourself.
PERCEPTIVENESS: the ability to see or
understand things quickly, especially things
that are not obvious and not understood by

completing the firm goals and objectives.
Example: Giving promotion or bonus to employees after completing
an organizational project that will benefit the company

Refers to maintaining a harmonious relationship

Criticism is the act of
expressing disapproval and
noting the faults of a person or
