  • #4 PBS schools focus on preventing misbehaviors by emphasizing teaching what the appropriate behaviors are and then acknowledging students when they exhibit them. PBS schools still have consequences for inappropriate behaviors but there is greater emphasis on teaching and acknowledging the appropriate behaviors.
