This document outlines a 3-year process to implement Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L) school-wide at a school. In year 1, they will plan, year 2 is implementation, and year 3 is review and improvement. The goals are to review behavior data, develop consistent behavior systems, and be ready to implement PB4L school-wide in 2016. Next steps include reviewing data, visiting other PB4L schools, surveying staff, identifying areas of concern, and developing positive behavior systems.
