Importance of the researching process is to achieve a good business by researching
anything related to the marketing plan such as; purchasing habits, choosing suitable
slogans, advertising recall, and product packaging designs, which are the most
important attractive factor for the consumers. But researching everything, particularly
with a small business budget is too hard in achieving goals, so what is known as a
research brief don t satisfy all researcher approximate needs. This helps researchers
focus their attention on a specific research purpose and understand objectives. For
example, if you want to know why people are not buying your product, the
researchers know to target consumers who buy competitive products and ask whether

There are 3 types of marketing research problem, first one is the exploratory research

research is used to explain, monitor and test hypotheses created by marketers in order

Christopher Podlaski In George Berkeley s Dialogues, he presents and
subsequently dismantles several of his predecessors ideas through the use of two
characters, Hylas and Philonous. His main goal in this project is to refute the
flawed concept of reality that something unperceived and unperceiving could exist
(Atherton). However, in attempting to argue for this, particularly when arguing
against John Locke s distinction between primary and secondary qualities, he sets
his opposition up as a dummy argument and therefore commits a logical fallacy.
Berkeley does not understand Locke s view and therefore incorrectly bases it on
the ordinary experience of large objects that are perceivable to the naked eye. In
his attempt to show that the perception of primary qualities are also subject to
relativity like secondary qualities, Berkeley misinterprets Locke s arguments to
have a different foundation than they do. He is therefore inaccurate in his method
of refuting Locke s distinction (Atherton). One might claim that disproving Locke
s primary secondary quality distinction is not necessary to Berkeley s goal, which
is refuting previous philosophies of reality. However, he spends a considerable
amount of time on the concern that Locke s primary qualities are also subject to the
relativity of experience and the inconsistencies of perception, as secondary qualities

A Civil Action In A Civil Action movie, a group of families (Toomeys, Auferios,
Andersons, Kaynes and Robbins) from Woburn, Massachusetts hired Jan
Schlichtmann, a personal injury lawyer, to help represent them against the local
tannery because multiple children in the town had died of leukemia and the
families believed the local water supply was responsible.(1) The residents claimed

have but Jan decides to go on with the case. The first settlement offer from Beatrice
Foods was two million dollars and Schlichtmann turns it down since this offer would

suggests a settlement of twenty five million dollars and the defendants turns it down.
The judge questioned the jury about the responsibility of the chemicals found in the
